One woman made direct eye contact on multiple occasions but didn’t acknowledge us or come to serve us. 4 staff members in total who were standing around all looked and saw that we were waiting at the till but did not come to serve us. The poor wee lass that did eventually come was lovely.

Early delivery
The item I bought online was expected to be available to collect on Wednesday but was a day early which was great👍
