Poor customer service
There is absolutely no customer service. There are plenty of staff around, but they just walk around doing nothing. The person who was supposed to help me did not do their job properly, so I had to go back there 2–3 times. This was extremely tiring, especially on working days. The whole staff needs to be replaced

Do not bother with Curry’s Purley Way Croydon! We went to buy a fridge freezer and there were no salespeople about! It was 15 minutes before we saw someone only to be told that they were busy serving another customer. Went back to the store the next day and was told they do not deliver fridge freezer to a first floor flat!
I rang Appliances Direct and got a similar item delivered the next day right to my kitchen ,
Avoid this store! Useless

Lost a Laptop Sale Due to Poor Customer Experience
Overall, a very disappointing customer experience. Customers should not have to search the store for assistance, nor feel as though they are an inconvenience when asking for help. The conduct of the manager was particularly disappointing, and as a result I will not be purchasing from this store.

Lap top and set up
I had to hunt for a member of staff to help me when I went into the store as there seemed to be nobody around apart from at the tills. When I found someone he was helpful and knowledgeable and I ordered my lap top and returned to collect it when he assisted me to set it all up. It was boiling hot in the store at the time though, not sure if they have air conditioning. But in general I was happy with the service I received.
