Great service!
Vijay was great,we had tech difficulties getting the purchase through but all was resolved and processed. Staff at currys colchester are always helpful. Will definitely come back.

Don't trust them
The worst company ever treated us like rubbish, and still treating, never had such experience even after buying care and repair plan for feeling safer, that you can throw to you anything just to get rid, they promised to help,to sort this out, ignoring, not replying, thinking to get finally rid of us. Never buy a care and repair plan from them, they don't care what you signed or what the rules say. I didn't agree with the voucher price, they broke the law and still sent it without acceptance. Even our TV was 9 years old, but was much better, slim,sleek silver frame design,sturdy. They tried to push the cheapest possible made design on the marked now, that doesn't reflect the design we had, some very cheap made plastic that nearly standing, we send it out asked to give our TV back and they made like it is our fault that they cant fix it, so just pushed us voucher without our acceptance, they didn't increase the amount, even we paid more for the insurance than they gave and even in agreement that we signed it says "if customer cant buy equivalent design the price can be increased up to purchased price" but they just ignoring this, even it was signed on paper works and agreed. They replied to feedback before,said to send email,that they will help, but ignoring now response, still treating us rubbish. I sent an email to contactsocial@ claiming reference number cur80733, no response, I sent email to other places and to the director as well.
will keep you updating how they carry on treating us.
Update: still treated us badly, still dont care and not going to sort this issue, still not giving our old tv back and not increasing voucher price that we good buy decent TV the one we had. Feedback is just a laughing apology because they need something to reply. Lies that they will help in front or others, but when you send email even don't care.

From walking into the shop
From walking into the shop, being greated by Claire, and not pushed into sales talk, if we needed her help she was around, which was nice.
Gave us time to browse, I did buy a cooker, Claire was fantastic, went through everything with us, in simple terms, I was very impressed with the Colchester branch, I would recommend going there, even to browse, you won't be pounced on, and can look around at your leisure
