So While making the online order i made the mistake and choose the wrong size, however i email the team at culture kings about the issue and Donna from the team looked after my request and went above the par to help me out and got the size replaced. She gave the best customer service. Highly recommended

Donna was a great help sorting my order which I accidentally messed up. I ordered the wrong sizing and she was prompt at making sure the order was stopped before processing and the right sizing was shipped out.

On completion of my order
On completion of my order, I realised that I had ordered the wrong colour, I contacted the Company to explain what had happened. I was contacted straight away by a lady named Donna, I felt she went over and above to help me cancel my order and she also organised my refund, which went back into my account the next day.
