The staff being in touch with Qld warehouse and sorting it out. I was really stressed about it. Donna was so on to it that I calmed down. Donna did what she said she would do and stayed in contact with me throughout the refund process. I am very happy with the service, and I would order cloths from your service again

I will never order anything from this company, and I highly recommend that you do the same. I ordered a special edition veterans Padres hat as a present for a veteran for Memorial Day, and it never arrived and it’s been five days since writing this review. The customer service is terrible. Culture Kings has one telephone number (424) 372-8454. This telephone number has an automated response to contact them via email. When you email the company an AI bot responds to your email. There is no way to talk to a representative from the company. The AI bot does not resolve anything.

I placed an order on May 14, 2026, on May 19, 2026 it shows delivered. However, the package left at my door was apt. 1026 I live in apt. 1023 and had a female name. I informed Culture Kings of the mishap, and they seem to be giving me the run around. They had no issue taking my payment but seem to have an issue with actually following up to see if the package was even sent out. Being that I'm a repeat customer, well! I was a repeat customer you would think they would want to correct the issue. So far, it's been quiet and I'm highly disappointed.

I mistakenly used a card that was not mine to do an order, contacted culture kings RIGHT AWAY, and they were so onto it Donna told me exactly what was going to happen and time frames! Just got it done asap, thank you so much Donna!

I needed to change the shipment address since the default was set to my dorm. I was also short $0.16 for the free shipment. Donna was kind enough to refund the shipping fee and responded fast for the shipment change.
