Superior Sprung Mattress 90…
Ordered the Superior Sprung Mattress 90 x 200 x 15 for our toddler and it’s the worst mattress I’ve ever sat on. You can feel every spring, it’s painful to lay on. My two year old said it was too uncomfortable :( Customer services were useless & told me to email them a picture?! Not an option to return. Definitely do not recommend.
In response to your reply, please could you clarify what alternative option we were offered? It seems incomprehensible to me that anyone would be comfortable on this mattress. Perhaps it has a fault, but sending a photo of the mattress to customer services will not show anything. So what can we do?

We appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry that you are unhappy with the service received. We can see that you initially contacted us back in April following the delivery of your order in March. We have sold tens and tens of the mattress in question and we have never received this feedback before. Due to health and hygiene reasons we are sadly unable to accept used mattresses as a return however the team did offer to assist you with an alternative option. It's a shame to receive your feedback as we always try our best to assist customers with any issue they may face throughout their purchase with us and have not received any further contact from you.
A problem with a garden furniture set…
A problem with a garden furniture set that was just over 2 years old was replaced and a complete new set delivered with no hassle. Leah was very good at keeping us informed of the progress.

Great customer service
I had some issues with an outdoor table top. Cuckooland were great and organised a replacement to be sent which arrived quickly.

Good playhouse
Playhouse arrived in great condition. Only down side was I didn't get a dispatch or delivery email so when it arrived I wasn't expecting it. I was lucky the driver knocked on his way back through as I wasn't in when he tried earlier in the day

Problem sorted quickly
Package went missing and didn’t arrive when expected. Contacted Company who sorted this for me, sent email updates and rang me to confirm I had received my order. Very helpful staff.

INCREDIBLE customer service
We had a small problem with one part of the bed we ordered, I contacted customer sevices - (a lovely colleague called Leah) who resolved the issue so quickly, sent out the new part immediately, check in at every stage and made sure we were happy, some of the best customer service I’ve received in Years.

Customers are at the heart of this business
From the get go customer service was visible, efficient and personable. Ordered product to later find colour selected not available. This was handled proactively and at all times felt assured that the company would do what they said they were going to do. I really value this. The product looks like it is gorgeous too.

Great quality high sleeper set
We purchased a high sleeper bed with a desk and corner sofa for our son - he's had a few sleepovers with his cousin as the corner sofa converts to a single bed and it works really well. We're very pleased with it, the quality was great and we were well informed on delivery times.

Amazing service
Amazing service! Orders the vintage Vox cot bed and draw set.
