Seamless install and impressive follow up

I used Crystal Clear for the first phase of my house refit and I didn’t look for any other company to complete the second part of the work.
They are sensibly priced, turn up on time for every visit and complete the work well without any fuss.
Highly recommended!

Support when choosing door in the showroom. Communication to arrange suitable date for fitting. Kevin and Jason on time on given date and fitted door with minimal mess and excellent clearing up after the job. Very pleased with the door.

Weren’t warned of possibility of dust as would have covered up more surfaces with cloths

Repairs to plaster and exterior render completed.

Very pleased with the result - we have so much more light in the North facing kitchen , also better viewing of our garden birds on the feeders.

This was the second sash window I've had installed by Crystal Clear, and the experience was as exceptional as last time. The communication from the sales and installation team prior to the install was great, and the two installers (Kevin and Jason) deserve a special mention because they were fantastic. I'm sure you could find cheaper windows on the market, but with Crystal Clear you get what you pay for.

Crystal Clear did 2 jobs in our home. 1: a replacement kitchen window. The surveyor measured the kitchen window incorrectly. The installer did not do the standard industry new window size check & took out the old window. It was c. 20mm too large. We were left with wood boarding in a frame for a week over a -zero period of weather. 2: putting back in a stain glass pane which had been fixed due to damage by scaffolders. While looking at the kitchen wall hole there was a huge crash. The 2nd installer had failed to protect the bathroom with cloths, dropped the pane, smashing it & damaging the bath in 3 places. This was a bathroom we had saved for 2+ years to fit. We remain without stain glass, more damaged than to start with. A bath restorer has now been out twice to try and resolve the scratches, indentations and puncture. Throughout, Crystal Clear’s directors have not acknowledged any emails, or offered any apology. Their office manager is the sole competent member of staff, and has apologized in person. After 3+ weeks of silence around financial resolution for the damage and significant inconvenience of multiple visits from people fixing the damage, they consider £115 a satisfactory resolution for what has been acknowledged to be (I quote directly from Crystal Clear emails here) 'avoidable' events and while 'we like to think that Crystal Clear is respectful of customers homes but clearly in this case your home was not respected'.

Whilst looking at this large hole in the kitchen wall on a freezing January day there was a huge crash from upstairs. The second installer had failed to protect the bathroom with cloths and had dropped the pane, smashing it and damaging the bath (in a bathroom I had saved for for 2+ years to fit) in 3 places. We are still without the stained glass, which was more damaged than when taken away in the first place for repair & now has been missing since early December. A bath restorer has now been out twice. The windowsill has been fixed due to further damage. Throughout all of this the senior management/directors at Crystal Clear have not replied to any emails or offered any apology. They consider £115 a satisfactory resolution. As context for this figure, they are willing to pay £50 for every new customer I recommend. If there was a 0 rating available, I would use it.

The glass veranda is a quality addition to our house and garden. It's well erected and watertight. The fitters were nice guys and helpful. They coukd have tidied up a bit better, concrete dust over water butts, area they were working and on the greenhouse. Left the drive a bit messy too from where they cleaned their van out.
It's the second veranda we have purchased from Crystal Clear and we commend the company on their product and fitting.

Clystal Clear are a great company to work with

They're local (to me, anyway, in Brislington), gave honest advice, did a good job promptly and involved me in installation decisions when questions arose. The windows look great too. I'd happily use them again.

The door fitting was complete professionally and the door fitters, surveyors and estimators all were courteous and friendly.
The door fitters were Kevin and Jason.

The whole process was excellent, from the initial site visit, to the installation. They were efficient, tidy, considerate, and I noticed afterwards they even fixed a piece of guttering outside without me having mentioned it. Really excellent, you definitely get what you pay for. I love the doors, they are so light, and quiet, and so much warmer than I had before. An all round excellent job and I am very happy.

Helpful staff in the showroom. Easy ordering process at a competitive price. Installation team was very good and efficient, no mess. End result looks brilliant.

The 2 men who fitted the door were fantastic , they explained everything that was happening and did a really good job , the man who sold me the doors was also very helpful and made things really simple .
