I had some new windows and exterior doors fitted and the quality of the products seems very good. The company is easy to deal with and kept me informed. The installers, Kevin and Jason, were professional, friendly and polite. They came when they said they would, did an excellent job and tidied up before they left.

Extremely happy with my new front door, from date of placing the order to it being fitted I was kept informed.
The guys that fitted it were very knowledgeable and fitted my door, cleaned up and checked if I was happy before they left the property.
I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Fantastic service from crystal clear big thank you to the customer service / maintenance team- a big pane of glass was smashed by a separate scaffolding contractor and the team did a great job replacing the glass and helping with some other minor maintenance niggles - great job guys 👍

Kevin and Jason did a great job and were efficient and speedy in replacing 5 windows, with the minimum of disruption. There was a measurement error with one of the window casings and they arranged for a new one to be manufactured and installed within 24hrs. Worked around scaffolding that was already on the building.

We have recently had work undertaken by Crystal Clear. They installed 6 new aluminium windows for us and reinstalled 5 windows and a sliding door due to us having external insulation and render. One of the old windows was dropped and the glass smashed which they replaced. The sliding door was damaged when it was removed and they have still to repair the damaged. 2 of the new windows (on new build parts of the house) had leaks which we hope have now repaired. Our current position is that there is still damage to the sliding door and none of the windows, new or old, open or close properly and we are scared to use them. My son's window won't even seal and the draught has caused him to have a cold. I have tried calling the office but no one is returning my calls. This has happened throughout the process and has caused our whole family considerable stress which they don't care about at all.

Crystal Clear were very helpful throughout the process of replacing our old wooden windows. They made every effort to meet our needs and keep within our budget which we really appreciated. We made the mistake of not checking closely enough the final pre-fitting details and paid the price(literally) as one window was fitted incorrectly, despite many earlier discussions. The windows looked great on fitting, but we found some that had been badly scratched during the fitting process, and these had to be replaced as well. We are pleased with the overall appearance of our new doors and windows and the final quality of the work, but learned the lesson of the importance of double checking and monitoring everything at every stage.

Kevin and Jason were very friendly and efficient. Did and excellent job. They made sure everything was clean and clear when they left.

Thanks to Crystal Clear for their honest and transparency,we saved £5400.

We had 6 windows that were made fitted and fitted poorly 5 years ago by another double glazing company.

Due to the draft coming through we decided to have them replaced.
We had 2 quotes of £6000 and £5400 from other double glazing companies..
Then, a friend recommended and spoke highly of Crystal Clear and that we should get a quote from them as well,so we did.

The surveyor came around and to our amazement,Said we do not need to replace these windows at all..

All the windows needs was extra ventilation and weather seals and rubbers replaced,that's it.

We were shocked as the 2 other companies did not mention that at all.
