Had to call company on behalf of…
Had to call company on behalf of elderly aunt. Her front door, fitted by Crystal Clear 6 years ago was refusing to close due to extreme heat. They quickly realised the seriousness of the situation and arranged for an engineer to call within 30 minutes. Harry arrived in 20 minutes and sorted the problem in 3 minutes. Excellent service

Kevin Jason and shaun were the guys that fitted the windows and doors I was very happy with their work. there are few things that need to be attended to ,this has nothing to do with the guys,It was more to do with a surveying issue which couldn’t have been encountered until work was commenced. I will continue review when the small issues are resolved regards Tony faulkner.

Great service - new back doors
We had new French windows and a full length solid glass panel fitted atd the back of the house. Crystal Clear came and recced the job beforehand, warned us about a potential problem with our decking and how they would work around this. On the day they arrived at 0800 and had completed the job by 1600. Professional, neat, took away the old doors, and nice people with it.
We had to wait for the job to be done but Crystal kept us informed and stuck to their timetable. The end result is terrific - transformed the back of our house and we feel safer and warmer. We would definitely recommend them.

Installation team and product are great.
Ordering instore late on a Friday afternoon created a shortage of paper info and the information sharing from order to install was non existant. Lack of feedback (written dimensions at least) from an otherwise good survey really annoying.

Replacement of heavy wooden framed French…
Replaced heavy wooden framed French windows with larger single door and wooden sill. Sales staff very helpful, not pushy.
Site visit to check suitability of design.
Instalation team Steve A, Lou; removed all debris from old door frame quickly, made good broken plaster, render, cut skirting board to fit new sill, fitted frame and door in a professional manner. Cleaned up carpet and left room tidy.

Two bifold sliding doors
Ordered two sliding doors to replace older units from another supplier. Really happy and impressed with the new Original units.
Crystal Clear have been so easy to work with and proactive at every single stage - and very happy with the price!
I would like to especially thank the installers Steve A and Loui. They were concerned not only about the function of the door but also making a really clean and good looking job. Very professional and friendly!
This was our first experience of CrystalClear - would definitely use them again.

Window installation to old cottage
Crystal Clear recently installed five1st floor windows for me and the work was excellent and on time. The carpets inside were all protected and all areas cleaned at the end. The installation itself was good. the reparation work to internal plaster was good as was the outside rendering. The two installers were polite and helpful. A very professional piece of work

Standard products are good. Bespoke products are ok once measured and made correctly. Customer service post order poor. Make sure all installation paperwork is provided.
