She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
She was also very patient as it was a bit of a challenge to find the cruise we wanted with flights from our local airport but she persevered and we are now looking forward to our cruise at the end of November.

Outstanding service from Hannah and Rossi!
I highly recommend booking through this agency. Hannah was wonderful and made the entire process of booking our cruise incredibly easy. Later on, I wanted to extend our trip and stay an extra night in Miami. Rossi took over to handle the amendment—he checked the hotel for us and seamlessly rearranged our flights back to the UK for one day later.
Both of them provided stress-free, excellent communication and quick action. I will definitely be booking my future travels with them again!
