Lois sorted out a difficult problem for us swiftly and rebooked us on the cruise we wanted. I’ve been dealing with Lois for many years and she always goes the extra mile to deliver customer service.

Paul was very professional in his help in booking our cruise. He gave good advice and cared about helping get the best for us to make it a memorable cruise.He is the best advisor we have experienced.

We are experienced cruisers but travelling with our infant granddaughter for the first time. Erica was able to answer our questions regarding the latter and make sure the extras needed for an infant would be supplied. Very happy with her service

Having booked several times now with cruise.co.uk, we always find each customer service agents very helpful, full of knowledge and most of all NOT pushy.
Our latest booking consisted of a big party of people, which is almost impossible to do yourself when selecting several cabins, this is where cruise.co.uk are really helpful, with there help it got sorted very efficiently.
Just wish their web-site was easier to navigate, so you could select from a number of different cruises, a bit like iglu's, then we wouldn't have to go to other companies first to find out what we wanted before coming back to cruise.co.uk.

Despite numerous ‘unsubscribe from all emails’ requests, I am still receiving daily spam emails from this company.
I suspect that their level of professionalism is lacking and you risk your money dealing with this shambolic company who choose not to comply with GDPR regulations.
I have reported them to the data commissioner and hope they are reprimanded and fined heavily.

Having made my booking for a cruise to Norway, I had a few payment questions to check, I spoke to Richard, who was extremely helpful. He took the time, not only during the telephone conversation but afterwards, he followed through chasing the answers and let me know as soon as possible. Very helpful.

The agent (Paul Mcmanus)was a pleasure to deal with. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Excellent. Made the booking easy.

Customer Service is very poor. As if having to cancel a cruise due to ill health. I am having to chase this lot around to get a cancellation invoice for my insurance company. Just awful service! Can't get through to anyone about anything!

Phoned this morning to check a few details regarding my booking. I have to say they were sorted very quickly by Rossi who i found to be very polite and very helpful with anything i needed to be sorted. Rossi has sent me an email as promised within a few mins of our telephone coversation with all the information i needed. I have made many bookings with cruise.co.uk and have had nothing but very good customer service.

And shortly after I had to make so many changes due to my mother in law who is travelling with us, won't go into the details but Bobby was amazing she contacted Princess for us and managed to swap the cabin as requested which was such a relief and managed to upgrade us to premium before the prices changed. Then I noticed some errors on the booking, Bobby wasn't available but spoke to Richard who was just as awesome and sorted everything for me and was so pleasant to deal with. Thank you both you made this experience so easy and stress free and now I can relax and look forward to my holiday next year 😊 xx

Initially I was told that no-one was available to take my 'phone enquiry but someone would ring me back - waited 1.5-2 hours but no-one did. When rang again, Steve was apologetic and very helpful in getting a cruise booked.
