Time to leave this unethical business. Huge price increases unjustified
Have been a customer for over 10 years and then suddenly - BAM - huge price increases that threaten my business.
Totally unethical to increase prices by between 250 to almost 500% depending on the plan you are on.
cPanel company was bought out by Oakley Capital Investments Limited - clearly a completely unethical business - I wouldn't invest in this company - they are only out to bleed as much profit as possible and this will likely destroy the many small businesses and the offshoot eco system within them.
Avoid - do not trust - find alternatives.

The new license model is out of this world
The new license model is out of this world prices are so high i will tell you guys in advance in now and a short time 80% will step over to other providers.
Cpanel is the best hosting panel and most straight forward hosting panel. And very stable if its setup correctly !
But guys if you dont review this astronomical prices a almost 10x raise of prices cPanel will be death in a short time ..

The pricing is unacceptable!
cPanel has made a terrible decision in making their pricing 'per account' when they've profited since day 1 by allowing unlimited accounts per server. What does it matter how many users per licenses are used, the licenses are for the SERVERS not the accounts on the server. It's like if Windows/Apple charged you extra for every user created on your workstation.

CPanel you should hold your head in shame, price hiking licence fees after a company transition leaving thousands of users with no choice but to find an alternative.
Sincerely hope you have a quick rethink on the pricing model because in less than a week, virtually all your clients are leaving you. Good Job there.
