Called but didn't leave a message at…
Called but didn't leave a message at 8.51 and 8.56. I don't call every missed number back due to scams! Says they tried to deliver twice but this is not true as no further calls and was in from 9am all day! Office called at 11.45am saying can't deliver until Tuesday now which is unacceptable as I have people coming Friday to lay bricks!!!

Overall very good, but could improve customer service
Delivery drivers were friendly and delivering the items was no problem. However, the company could do better with communication and customer service. On the date of the expected delivery we did receive a call saying only half the products will be delivered that day and the rest will follow a couple of days later. That was ok as the half being delivered would be used first and great they let us know. On the further delivery day, we received no call and only half of the remaining products were delivered. After a couple of days of not hearing anything from Covers I phoned to ask if there is an idea of when the remaining products would be delivered, was told they would look into it and give me a call back with an update. They did not phone back and so I called on another day to be told the remaining products were out for delivery that day. Luckily I was working from home that day so it was fine, just left frustrated at the lack of communication and customer service. But overall I would use Covers again in the future.

However, I’m sorry for the frustration caused by the lack of communication around the split deliveries and for not getting back to you when we said we would. That’s clearly not the level of service we aim to provide.
