Shady return policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. RIP OFF. I would have given a zero star but it does not allow.
It does not state on the website that the dress is not returnable. The policy says you need RMA authorization. When I requested the RMA, they are telling me I have to send a video with my seamstress taking the measurement of the dress and it is not guaranteed and if returnable I will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Customer service is horrible. I read the return policy, and it states 5 days. It took them two days to reply leaving only 3 days. They are horrible. This is an extremely awful and frustrating experience. It seems that a lot of people are experiencing this

Buyer beware! This company sells incredibly cheaply made dresses and uses a sketchy, dishonest return policy. After I left a negative review, they contacted me and tried to trick me into changing it in exchange for a refund. It's a trap—you will never see your money. Once you change the review, they lie and claim they never received the merchandise back. Do not trust them. You’ve been warned!

They delivered the dresses very quickly, both dresses were beautiful. I returned one and kept the other. Made everything right.

I ordered a beautiful Jovani dress. Do NOT order from this company if you arent 100% sure of the fit. I read the returns policy on the website carefully. The dress came, did not fit, not even close, and I again read the return policy and sought a "Return Merchandise authorization" as it said to. After a week, I got a message back saying the dress could not be returned at all because it was on sale. They send another policy that was NOT posted anywhere to justify. This is a scam. Bait and switch at best. The dress is in original packaging with tags etc. Wasnt even zipped up with the try on. There are other places selling the same clothing. Beware

I was hoping I would have better news
I contacted customer service as suggested so “ they can review the details”
Well, let me give you the details so you all know the facts,
Purchased a dress for 595.67.
Dress did not fit and was returned within 9 days. They refused to issue me my refund. COO sent letter stating
..,”Our records further show that, after the return was initiated, the customer provided return shipping
information, and our team monitored the package. The item was ultimately processed, and on October 28,
2025, Couture Candy issued store credit in the amount of $457.24, valid for six months, consistent with the
return path and our stated return policy for returned….”
This is a blatant lie I still have not received this credit.
When I called customer service, they said Because we filed a dispute we get 50% less now so the credit now is 228.62

Looked up Our account online and it has zero, zilch, nothing in it
Lies lies lies

I will keep on posting here. I will keep sending the message, I will keep speaking the truth
until this company wakes up and stop screwing people over

This company has hidden shipping charges to the UK. They charge you shipping including taxes up front then get DHL to ship to Las Vegas first by accident then London. I got hit for an extra £88 invoice from DHL despite me cancelling the order. I wrote to them 5 times and they only replied at first with no explanation for the hidden shipping charges. Never use them again and poor customer service. Will go legal on them as they fraudently charged me shipping but did not pay DHL.

I have always appreciated the vast selection of gowns from Couture Candy. I recently purchased 5 different gowns, and all of them were perfect. I am thrilled with my purchase experience and will most definitely buy from here again in the future. Thank you!

It is a scam! Do not buy from here. They send over random dresses. You cannot return any and they overcharge you and end up paying double.
They responded by saying they could do a return and wanted 20% restocking fee plus doing the return label individually. I left a review and their response was if you delete the review we will reduce is to 15% restocking fees. They buy out their bad reviews.

Horrible company policies and terrible quality. They say free returns and it’s absolute BS! Don’t order from here…waste of money

Mail order "may be the same" i dont know, but pretty sh* tty to find this out after you've purchased and no warning from cashier OR a sign.

Terrible company- Very, very dishonest. Ordered a dress, received & it was too small. Attempted within 4 hours of receiving to return or exchange. They refused to allow either. It wasn’t on sale, it wasn’t a final sale & no where did it say it was not returnable. Then they offered a 10% rebate. I said yes since that was all I was going to get from them. Then they came back & said “if there is a 1-star review”, they will retract the rebate offer. There are lots of poor reviews online & on social media. Seems many people have had similar experience with them. Deceptive business practices.

Customer service was friendly and helpful. Dress is gorgeous!

Beautiful dress

I ordered with a coupon code that showed valid right up to the point before submitting the order. It reflected a lower price (including the coupon), however, when I hit Pay the coupon went away and I was charged for the full amount.

I immediately called the company and was told they would forward to another department. I requested either they honor the code or cancel the order. Mind you, this was within their 4 hour cancellation policy.

I never received a cancellation email and they charged me in full.
