Ordered a beautiful Johnathan Kayne dress and it arrived in 3 days and was EXACTLY what the picture and description said it would be! Will definitely order from them again!!!

I bought two dresses, both were exactly like the pictures on website, high quality and stunning look, fast shipping, customer support extremely useful, reasonable prices. I do recommend and no doubt I’ll be buying again.

The company should be much more transparent on both the product page and during checkout that sale items—which make up a significant portion of the merchandise on the site—are final sale and cannot be returned. This is important information that should be disclosed prominently before a customer makes a purchase, not buried in a return policy.

Requiring customers to request an “activation code” simply to initiate a return makes the process feel unnecessarily complicated and raises further concerns about transparency. If an item is not returnable, that should be made unmistakably clear at the point of purchase. The current process feels deliberately designed to make the return restrictions difficult for consumers to recognize until it is too late.

They got me my dress in like 5 days. They are also very quick with responses

I’m not impressed with the quality of the dress. It is not the brand that was advertised or mentioned in the listing. I have previously purchased dresses from LaDivine, so I’m familiar with the brand and its quality. This dress does not appear to be the same LaDivine brand as advertised. I’m disappointed because I purchased it based on the brand name and expected the quality associated with LaDivine.

Hello there. I finally got home from Vacation and just now tried on the gown. The dress is so beautiful but way too small. I always safely wear a 12. When I order a gown without trying it on I always go for the sale and clearance dresses just for this reason so I am glad the dress was on sale My Ms. Senior Oklahoma pageant is in March but I don’t think I can safely lose that much weight before then. I should do one of these 2 things:
1. Order a lace up or
2. Order a size bigger and alternate if needed.

I love this dress! It’s so unexpected and fit like a glove. The velvet has no stretch so be sure of your measurements when you order. Beautifully made dress — and it arrived quickly!

I think it is important to know that if you’re buying a dress from this website, they picture dresses that may not be the color you order. In my case, I thought I was ordering a yellow dress that was pictured on the website, but received a different color. There was only one option to choose for this dress (sherbet). So I naturally assumed that was the color of the item in it in the picture. When I tried to attempt to return the item, they said it was my fault for not reading the fine print. It is true that on the website it says the model is wearing buttercup, but you are ordering sherbet. There are pictures/images available of the dress in the sherbet color, website website chooses to show a more popular color (in my opinion). I looked into it a little more and there are multiple dresses on the website that the picture will be one color ( the best selling color ), but the customer will end up purchasing the least the best selling color. It is so ridiculous because once you get your order, they have an insane return policy no matter how much you communicate with them. I spent over a month emailing/phone calls with the company immediately after I opened the box. It took over a week to get an approval for the return, I spent $40 shipping the item back to the return address only to find out they conveniently have a different “returns” address. The company said it was my fault that I sent it to the wrong address and my return is now late bla bla. I eventually asked them to send it back to me. The dress was $500. The company was difficult to work, misleading, and manipulative. I really caution anyone thinking about purchasing anything from this company.

I purchased a dress that had a picture of a hot pink dress. When it was delivered, it was a blush pink color. My daughter is so upset as this is for her first high school dance and her friends and her planned out a very specific color. Very misleading.

We thought it may get here the day before the event and it came 3 days before, just 2 days after ordering. The dress fit perfectly. I did try it on at a retailer beforehand and was able to size it correctly from there. I decided to order it online because getting it direct was 30% less than in store. I was more than pleased with my order. I did the 3 day priority, ordered it late Wednesday afternoon and received it the following Tuesday. The dress was as beautiful as the picture and the material was excellent quality. I will definitely be ordering from them again 😊😊
