I ordered a dress because my daughter is part of a Quince. The dress came with parts of it damaged (jewels were missing), and the stitching and thread were coming apart. The dress was cheaply made, CHEAP! I contacted them within 20 minutes of delivery, and attached photos. They responded and asked for photos that I had already sent. I sent more photos, they respond that they need 24 to 72 hours to review. Once they reviewed and confirmed I could return, then they needed another 24 to 72 hours before they can provide you a return label. I'm still waiting for the return label. But since delivery and contacting them within 24 hours for an intial return label, it has been 4 days. 4 days and I have still not received a return label after initially requesting to return the product. Just think if you were pressed for your event ans have to wait a week for a return label, to then return, pay your own shipping, and then wait for it to arrive back to them to only receive store credit in most cases, to have to repurchase again and wait for shipping. Ridiculous.

Do NOT purchase with them. Their return policy it itself seems like a SCAM. They do all this back and forth with you so that you can eventually give up and keep their cheaply made product. To offer 10% discount instead, as if that compensates for receiving an item that you have to pay way more to fix, is RIDICULOUS.

I only purchased here because we had to as part of the event. If I had a choice, I would NEVER. BUYER BEWARE. There is no way these 4 and 5 star reviews are accurate.

I ordered a dress during May and it was delivered to a wrong address so I contacted the company and the shipping company to see if I could get the dress before the date of the event and for the past two months, both couture candy and a shipping company have been telling me to call one another about the issue it is now July almost August and I still don’t have a dress or a refund. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A DRESS BECAUSE IT JUST MIGHT NOT COME

This company is part of a web of online fashion websites that appear to sell many of the same products at different prices under different brand names. In my experience, the quality does not justify the cost. The clothing feels cheaply made, the fabrics are of poor quality, and many items appear to be designed for only a few wears before showing significant signs of deterioration.

The return policy is unnecessarily restrictive and makes returning items far more difficult than it should be. As an online shopper, I expect transparency, consistent pricing, and a straightforward return process, none of which I found here.

There are also broader concerns about the industry's supply chain, including reports that some fast-fashion products are manufactured in low-wage factories with questionable labor practices. Consumers should carefully research where products are made and how companies source their merchandise before making a purchase.

Overall, I cannot recommend this retailer. I believe consumers are better served by purchasing clothing from reputable stores where they can see, feel, and try on the garments before spending hundreds of dollars. Paying premium prices for products that fail to deliver on quality or durability is simply not worthwhile.
