They say you can return as long as it is in the original package, but you would not know the effect of the item unless you open and used it.

Great prices, good service
At first I was a little dubious and wary of this site. However, the prices were very good and I couldn't find the product I wanted anywhere else. I decided to take a chance on them and was pleasantly surprised. The order arrived in under a week by Fedex and was very well packaged (glass bottles).

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I ordered Sisley ecological compound but that item didn’t arrive. Then I found that my order has been cancelled without any notification. I did never cancel my order but they did! The money including the sending cost had been withdrawn.
I have been sending emails everyday to try to contact their customer service but they have never replied. NONE AT ALL!!!! That’s why I decided making a comment on this site.
I still don’t know what’s happened to my order. I’ve been using their online shopping for years and this is the first time I have a problem, it means I haven’t needed to contact their customer service by now.
I’m very upsetting about their terrible quality of service, well, I even wonder if their customer service actually exists. I have never had such a poor service at any online shopping.
I want to know what happened to my order now, or NEVER trust them any longer.
They should recognise that is NOT small money!!

Strongly Recommend with Experience of Placing Over $1000 Orders!
I rarely leave comments on any websites, but after purchasing from COSME-DE.COM twice recently, I feel strongly that they deserve a 5-star review!! So I'm posting the review to both Google and Trustpilot.
I ordered almost $1000 products in total (two orders) and placed the order on Thursday night pacific time (Friday morning in HK). The order was processed and shipped out on the same day, and I received it on Monday morning! I also checked the dates of everything I ordered (Sisley skincare products) via checkfresh.com; they all were produced in late 2020! Everything is perfect and exactly the same as what I have bought elsewhere before.
This happened exactly with my 2nd order for some other brand products - it only took 3 days to receive them!
I've recommended this website to my mom and strongly recommended it to others given its incomparable price, good product quality, and super fast shipping!! :)

Tengo que dar la razón a los que dicen que es una estafa :
Tengo un producto de Cle de Peau , comprado en tienda Fisica . La caja tiene su código de barras y código QR ,cuando lo escaneas te lleva al producto .
Compre en Cosme- de com una crema de Cle de peau de ojos . Escaneo el código QR y no sale nada. He mandado a Cle de Peau el código de barras de la caja y, me dicen que ellos solo venden a tiendas especializadas y me han indicado cuáles .
Con lo que, me quise ahorrar pero he tirado el dinero pues no sé realmente lo que es, lo que contiene el envase recibido .
Lo cuento para que no ocurra a más gente .

They sell counterfeit goods. Their fake olaplex ruined my hair. Then they refused to pay my return postage after making me send the goods back to them. I checked the box and qr codes against a real one. All fake. They keep sending you nice e mails promising to refund but they never do. Avoid. They can't sell genuine items so cheaply. You get what you pay for!!!! I wouldn't believe their replies. They do this all the time. They don't care what your order number is. After over 20 e mails to them I should know. And having used this product in the UK, Hong Kong and the US where I have lived the past 10 years, I know exactly what the product looks like and how it works. I also know that in Hong Kong there is virtually no policing of counterfeit goods.

I tried to return the strange smelling Tonic Body Oil which is not the same as buying directly from Clarins. I was advised by your customer service people that only "unopened" items can be returned. I bought the same product again from Clarins directly, and there IS A BIG DIFFERENCE in quality, smell etc. - My review is meant to share my experience with others and state the facts.
Here is my original review:
I have ordered several times and the products are NOT authentic. The body oil had a strange odor, not at all like the Oil from Clarins directly. I also ordered the face cream lumiere, which was very itchy when I put it on my face, which is a sign of expired products. - Strange that everyone thinks this is a good deal. I rather buy from Clarins directly, they also offer loyalty discounts and promotions with 30% off.
