Cook Travel Omdömen

Fabrizio was informative and helpful in booking 6 people on conference call. He was very patient.

Our itinerary was excellent in terms of timing and connecting flights. Price was significantly less than that quoted by the tour company. The only down side is having to purchase more expensive travel insurance because we booked flight separately from tour.

Have been working with cook travel and Fabrizio Peralta for many years…knowledgeable, courteous and great working relationship….

The agent had to be coaxed to get us from Paris to a city closest to Parma, Italy via air. I came up with bologna he was clueless. Never got back yo me on hotels so I booked hotels myself. Plus didn’t obtain seating on our Air France leg of the trip ?????

Beata was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, took the time to really answer all my question and found an excellent price for business class seats to Cairo. It was much easier to book with her than by myself. I will definitely be a returning customer - Thank you.

Beata is a marvel! She was knowledgeable, efficient and so helpful. She made our experience seamless and we have every confidence that our arrangements will come off without a hitch.

This is the second time Beata has helped us with our travel arrangements. On both occasions she listened to our requirements, gave us options, and always responded quickly. In short, exceptional service.

Fabrizio is always quick to respond to our requests and comes thro with great itineraries and prices every time.

Francis is the best. When we had to change plans and fly home sooner from a different city due to COVID, Francis got us squared away with new flights and an overnight in a hotel at the airport. We are very appreciative.

Fabrizio always gives us prompt, courteous and excellent service. We have been a client for years and will continue to be so.

Beata, my agent was friendly, professional and very timely getting me the best flights. I tried many other companies and she did the best job.

Helpful, friendly interaction with Fabrizio. Saved me money on a flight.

Fabrizio Peralta was helpful, responsive and timely.

Fabrizio is the best, he is patient and understanding when changes arise and has always been excellent in guiding me through complex multi city bookings and international travel.

Beata was knowledgeable, timely and a delight to work with. She was recommended by a friend and I am so pleased that I know have her as a resource as we head to retirement and more travel.

Fabrizio Peralta was easily reachable and able to give me all the quotes for a more complicated two-part trip And still come up with savings. I'm grateful for my friend's recommendation to use Fabrizio at Cook Travel.

I travel within a month to Australia. Cook travel did an outstanding job in getting us business class tickets at a reasonable cost. I think her speciality best-priced, best-schedule biz class flights for us.
