Cook Travel Omdömen

This is my 2nd booking with Fabrizio, who treated me like a return customer with interest, understanding and, most of all, efficiency. He explains the rate structures, when to book, etc. and got us a great rate for our trip. I'm very pleased.

Fabrizio is courteous, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. He a no nonsense type of person and he is an asset to have as a travel agent.

I love working with Fabrizio. He’s so quick to respond to my questions and he makes things go so easily.

Quick turnaround. Amazing deals on flights! Fabrizio is the best!

Very quick response to a tricky reservation request.

Beata is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and always seems to find the best deals for me.

Kausha made the process easy and answered all of my concerns and question and gave really good insight.

Francis Tan was very knowledgable, personable and extremely efficient. I had my reservations within hours at the best rate! Thank you!

Professional and got us better rates and connections than if we did it ourselves.

Flights and prices.
Recommend a good friend to you who is very pleased!

Kat is always responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

On our latest trip we had to change overseas travel a couple of times plus the airline cancelled the flight. Kat worked tirelessly to protect us from fare increases and change fees.

Katrina Roberts
my travel agent she is amazing, focused gets it done.
All details in line, Cook is lucky to have her on their staff
Booked with Katrina since at least 2013/2014
Beatrice Yoder Leyba

I received separate phone responses and service from two separate consultants/representatives which in and of itself was impressive....however, there was much confusion because they did not communicate with each other, and led to much anxiety, and in the end, higher trip costs than what was available. ....WCS

Amazingly efficient and reasonable price! We have worked with Beata for several years to find us excellent flight connections and business class seats at a reasonable price. SHE is priceless! Beata always responds to my inquiries within minutes with good information. She rescued us recently when we wanted to make a change to our return flight. Within a day we had new seat assignments at a great price. Thank you again!

Katrina Roberts has always worked hard to find us best flights. She is also extremely responsive to all questions. Wouldn't schedule a big trip without contacting her first.

Kausha was very quick to respond and so helpful and knowledgeable as to all the options !!!

Katrina was a nightmare to work with. She charged my friend’s flight to my cc & then wouldn’t respond to unravel it. Kausha was my fixer.
At LAX I couldn’t use the TSA pass as Katrina neglected to enter it into my reservations. My friend went thru TSA, I stood in line for an hour to pass through.
Our flight back is so tightly booked, 1 hour to get from our arrival in Amsterdam to our flight back to LAX. I don’t believe we can make it.
I am sorely disappointed with the service!

Fabrizio was outstanding to work with. He gave me multiple flight options at various prices and was very responsive, always getting back to me in a very timely manner. I will definitely use Cook again
