Cook Travel Omdömen

Fabrizio was wonderful and helped me get food biz class seats

Fabrizio books much of our airline travel and he has always been responsive offering us various options.

Kausha was very attentive, extremely helpful, professional and competent. She paid attention to details and accommodated all our requests.

Fabrizio is excellent! Personable, professional, efficient, and fast!

Thanks. Ginny and Mike Gremillion

I spoke with Fabrizio, who we have used many times for flight arrangements. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Even though we are on the west coast and he is on the east coast, he always responds in a timely way. A pleasure to work with.

Well informed, professional and agile are words which descrobe mr. Peralta.

Always happy with the level of service provided by Fabrizio! He's able to find best price even on itineraries with strict requirements.

Have used Cook Travel for many years and recommend them without reservation (no pun intended)

Fabrizio did a great job in getting us international flight tickets.

Fabrizio takes good care of us. He always find the right flights for us. In the past, he also helped us find accommodations for our two cats on flights to and from Frankfurt with Lufthansa.

Started looking for First Class tickets to Edinburgh, Scotland ages ago. I had used Fabrizio years ago and called him again. The rates were crazy. He advised us to hold on and hopefully the rates would drop. Explained how the system works.
All of a sudden last week we got a call… the $7900 fare was in the early $5,000! Wow.
Plus I know he’s a legit travel specialist because he’s booked us air before.
Thanks! Great job.

I really liked working with Fabrizio. He was very professional and timely.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with Kausha Ghia at Cook Travel. While I did receive a discount on two business class tickets from the U.S. to New Zealand, the customer service throughout the process was frustrating and unprofessional.

From the beginning, communication felt inattentive. Although I specifically asked if the tickets were changeable and was told they were, this turned out to be a much more complicated issue. I also requested travel insurance and received confirmation that it had been purchased—only to get an email from Kausha a week later asking if I still wanted it, which was confusing and concerning.

Just before departure, I inquired about modifying the domestic portion of our return ticket within New Zealand so we could depart from a different city. I was told this was not possible, that I would need to purchase an entirely new ticket, and that the international flight was sold out. However, I had booked a third ticket for my father through another travel agent, who was able to make a similar domestic change for just $3.

Ultimately, I had to contact Air New Zealand myself and have them send instructions to Cook Travel confirming the change was possible and giving her instructions on how to accomplish it. Only then did Kausha agree to make the change—and charged me $75 per person for something she initially insisted couldn’t be done.

This experience was stressful and avoidable. Based on the poor communication, misinformation, and unnecessary costs, I cannot recommend Cook Travel or Kausha Ghia. I suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable and professional travel planning experience.

Personal touch all the way. Fabrizio took my call in his car, and followed up immediately with a booking.

Excellent, prompt service by Fabrizio! Provided with advice and was holding my hand during the process! No pressure, very accommodating. Every travel agent should be like him

I have used Cook travel for all my trips abroad.
Fabrizio has always found me a great deal and this last booking is no exception.

Great service. Fabrizio understood the issues, found good solutions, and dealt with whole thing efficiently and quickly.

Dennis has always been a pleasure to work with. He is honest and thoughtful in his recommendations and spends the time to find the best price.
