Cook Travel Omdömen

I have been dealing with Fabrizio Peralta for few years now. Any time I need to travel out of the country he is my go to person. He is very pleasant to talk, very professional and knowledgeable.
I will highly recommend him. Thanks

Dennis sent me a quote for flights at 1:56 pm, Feb 2nd 2026, and I responded at 2:08 pm, "Looks good. Please book it," with names, dates of birth, and passport information. He replied the same day at 5:21 pm. "Will do and e-mail you". After 2 e-mails and 3 phone calls the next day, he advised me that their IT department was blocking outgoing links and that he would get back to me shortly. 3 days later, I am still waiting for a reply. I purchased the tickets (same flights) directly with Delta for just over $6,000 myself.

Fabrizio was terrific, getting things done efficiently and responsively.

Fabrizio was amazing. Came through so well and got us fares that were half what we’d been told from another service.

Good very nice

Fabrizio was very determined to find the best route and price and was professional and patient throughout my dealings with him. I am happy with the result of our work and will use him again when I need an overseas flight.

Excellent work from Kausha! She listened to our needs, offered great options, and delivered perfectly. I valued the transparency and the final outcome, feeling completely secure throughout the entire process.

Cook worked with us through several itinerary changes and got back to us in a timely basis.

First time working with Kausha. She was patient with us as we waited for our new United Quest Visa card to arrive. We will reach out to her again.

Very helpful service from Fabrizio!

We absolutely love the way we can count on Cook Travel and Fabrizio himself, to always take great care of us!

Fabrizio has never let me down. He has consistently saved me money on desirable routes. I have recommended him to family and friends.

Fabrizio Peralta is absolutely terrific. He's the consummate professional.

Working with Fabrizio is always easy and he is so
prompt with his options. I have worked with him for
3 years now and am very happy that he is at Cook
Travel.

My agent from Cook Travel, Beata, was exceptional and helped arrange an economical and comfortable business-class flight from SF to Florence and back from Paris. She also arranged for wheelchair assistance between flights going to Florence, which will be of great help since my husband has some medical needs. The process of finding the best flight and purchasing the ticket was much easier with Cook Travel, and I feel more at ease about traveling.

As ever, Cook travel did better on price and arrangements than we were able to do ourselves online.

Our agent was Kausha. She helped me last year for another trip and she has been super both times.
