Outstanding customer service
After using the company website which was beautifully straight forward and saved me £400 off a quote I already had, I spoke to Courtney.
Courtney was fabulous, she explained the process, went through everything that was included, ensuring a like for like to the quote I had received off the site.
It was professional, friendly and seamless and within 15 mins I had instructed a solicitor, giving me peace of mind and a 25% saving off the quote against the one I had got already.

Do not use
Do not use. They communicate with you before you pay. Then when there's an issue they blank you. The quote appeared competitive, however it was then nearly doubled once instructed. And to-date have received no response from them and no refund of monies paid.
