Scammers, keep yourself far from them!!! I lost more than 1000£ ... Careful!

It was cheaper to go through conveyancing index than go directly to the conveyancing company. That's crazy.
But, they provide such a lot of business to the conveyancing companies, this is how they give you a better quote.

The Legal company was the worst experiece of conveyancing I have ever had . All emails either wouldn’t load properly and telephone contact impossible . Never ever again .

Maybe we were very unlucky but the solicitor that tendered for our property sale & purchase via conveyancing Index was closed down by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in April . It has subsequently become apparent that the firm had been subject to previous investigations - but regardless Conveyancing Index allowed it to quote for our business. luckily for us via the SRA compensation scheme are now back in possession of our completion funds . We had a call from Conveyancing Index asking if we had completed on our sale & purchase last week - it’s astounding that they had no idea that the SRA had stepped in to close the solicitor down .
