I dealt with Amanda 297 who was polite, professional and patient. I had multiple queries that I wanted answering, and she did her utmost to assist me. The overall experience was pleasant and helpful.

Had an outstanding debt that I needed to catch up on, John was very helpful and quickly got this set up for me.

These people will harass you over duties and fees that aren’t even eligible to be paid- I had an item delivered to me under warranty for free and over 6 months later
i’m being demanded to pay a £50 fee? Fedex confirmed no fee is due since it’s a warranty item… I’ve explained this control account and they continued to harass me… Don’t pay this company a penny.

If you contact me again I won’t hesitate to report you to the FCA and take you to small claims court over Harassment

Received a notification from Controlaccount re a FedEx invoice. Was easy to submit a query and upload proof that the invoice had been paid. John at Controlaccount was very helpful and confirmed that the file had been closed and no further action was due.

The agent Nabee I spoke to was so helpful and patient. More helpful than the two companies that were meant to have dealt with the situation before it went to a collection agency. However really helpful and personable. An arrangement was set up so one less thing to worry about.
