BULLIES
Complete bullies and do not follow any processes or listen to the people they try and get funds from. They do not respond to emails or call-back requests. All this business does is threaten and try and make people pay charges illegally.

Asim is amazing at his job
Asim is amazing at his job. I called up very annoyed and determined that I was right. He completely calmed me down and showed me the right steps to take. I ended up feeling fine about the situation because he was so clear and sympathetic. Really impressed!
