This is a great way to buy contacts. Previously, I would order through Costco. Two trips: one to place order and pay, second to pick up. Delivery is so much easier-and faster. Love it.

I bought and paid for my order over a week ago and I still haven't heard of any shipping!! Poor,poor, customer service! The web sight says the order ships within 3 days...that is a lie!!! I ordered regular strength contacts and still haven't been shipped

I have used the competitors in the past and I thought I would try Contact Lens Canada and they were very good, great price including shipping. Arrived on time with lots of emails to help track my order. I will use them again.

I used a pre paid visa to pay for my purchase. Your company said they could not process it...even though on my end the purchase went through. I checked the visa card and it it was charged the amount that the purchase was from your company. Now you want another method of payment before I can get my order. Iam not a happy customer and will never purchase contacts from you again.

B/O is the only issue I have when I need contacts having to wait 3 weeks is not ideal, considering other online lens companies had them in stock.

Did not have any issues with the website! I'm in a small city and deliver usually takes a minimum two weeks, but they arrive in less than a week! I pay $140 at my optometrist for the exact same contacts, which cost me $93 [with delivery], AND it arrived within a week!

Received my contacts fast. Happy I found this company.
