Very pleasant shopping experience
I will definitely use them again, the site is easy to navigate and the prices were cheaper than other sites. Also had no problems with shipping etc and I receive some free sample products and coupons with my lenses which was great. I will suggest this site to my friends and family for sure. 2 thumbs up.

Does not communicate availability at time of order
My order was accepted and payment was made. The next day I was advised that the lenses are on back order and would take 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable. I would not have place my order if I had known.

customer service is rude
I've ordered a few times before so used them again this past week. Used spouses credit card as I've always done and received a cryptic email about my order being on hold and to call. Women who I spoke with scolded me in a tone suitable for the mother of a small child about having the billing address not match. I cancelled the order rather than make the corrections, that is how rude she was. Ordered from perfect lens and the order ended up being cheaper anyways. Won't use clearly contacts again, no big deal since I order about once or twice a year online.

Slow Shipping, No Promo as Advertised
It took a good 10 days or so to ship the lenses. Longer than usual. And I was supposed to receive promotional PureColors lenses with my order. Yet I did not.

Still waiting
Still waiting for the lenses even though I paid for 1-3 day delivery over a week ago. Received a dispatch notice today informing it could take another 5 days before I receive them. When I enquired i was informed you don't keep my type of lenses on stock so have to have them brought in to you hence the delay - If i had known this - which you don't inform before purchasing - i would have used another supplier. I have spent the past 2 years in England where you order online, and the very next day you receive your lenses, I wont be using your company again and will be looking for one online that actually delivers in the timeframe it advertises. Hopefully I receive the lenses soon, I should have chosen the slow post option as I have ended up being ripped off for paying for quick delivery. Regards, David Jackson.

I ordered contacts on 8/2, paid $13.95 for shipping....now it's 8/11 and no delivery! I did get notice about delay for Canada holiday but still too long, I'll go elsewhere!

It would be great to have some sort of indication of how long it will take to have an order fulfilled. Some items are shipped next day and some (like my last order) took over a week.

First time ive had a bad service due ti shipping delays.
Per the email i received regarding my order, the manufacturer had the lenses on back order yet the website failed to advise me of this until 3 days after the order was placed.

I've ordered from this site 6 times now without a single issue , I recently tried air optix coloured contacts the brilliant blue changed my dark brown eyes to a light blue/ grey colour I am completely satisfied . Highly recommend this site considering my eye doctor was selling me contacts for almost 3 times the price
