Fresh Lens claims to operate out of both Canada and California. They advertise very low prices for contacts and then their business model is to plainly and simply email you that your purchase checkout was only for a single box (even though it says you bought several or more) and that they need to additionally charge you X number of times depending on how many you bought. Their "customer service" agent Jen will absolutely email you after placing your order informing you how many hundreds of percents off their pricing was on your order and that you will need to pay hundreds of more dollars to get the amount you already paid for.

This company is nothing but a scamming bait and switch business model. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I ordered two packs of contacts and the box only arrived with one. In addition, my UPS overnight shipping that I paid almost $30 for was late. I reached out to the company and they refused to refund me for the missing item or the shipping fees. The customer service representative Jen was condescending and continued to make the same inane comments over and over that they had met their shipping timelines obligation... Again, I tried to explain that the delivery fault was with UPS, and I had already reached out to them and they informed me that I was eligible for a refund through their UPS Next Day Air guarantee, but that whomever I paid the shipping fees to (hint hint Fresh Lens) had to refund me and then could get a refund themselves directly through UPS as the shipper. I even asked for a supervisor and just heard back from the same incompetent Jen that a decision has been made that I would not get a refund. A decision has been made never to do business with this horrible and unethical company again. Imagine paying over $120 for one pack of contacts and rude incompetent customer service.

Update: After pushing for more information several times, I was told that I had an incomplete transaction, for some reason. The amount charged to my card was reversed.
I made a contact lense purchase and did not receive a receipt. Customer service says there is no purchase made with my email. I tell them that the purchase is pending in my account. They claim they have no other way to look up a purchase other than using my email. So now I get to spend time disputing the transaction.

Fresh lens sent me contacts without verifying my prescription
They just sent me lenses based upon old prescription
I informed them my prescription changed subsequently
I asked for a credit
They e mailed a return label and told me I would get a credit for the boxes I did not open
Then they told me credit could not be given since I opened the boxes
There were there boxes to a case and I opened 1 box for each eye using only one lens
They refuse credit me and I was only going to buy the different lenses
Very unfair to me after telling me j will get a credit which I do have a email confirming
Not a way to do business and how can any company supply a prescribed item without a current prescription
My bad for trusting them

I was also really impressed by their customer service. I had placed the wrong order by mistake and tried to email them directly, they went above and beyond to ensure my order was placed correctly. I believe I spoke to Roushan and and that agent was really responsive and helpful.

They were extremely helpful, actually the only online lens store that was able to help me with my order after a lot of frustration. Customer service was incredible, honestly couldn’t recommend them more. And fast, prompt shipping! I am just about to order again and plan to use them forever!

I have used this service for years and I've never had any issues. They have plenty of options for brands. They have always been very quick to get my order filled and shipped. The prices are worth the convenience. The company is very good about keeping you updated on the status of your order and shipping. As I said, I've ordered through this company for years and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. I only order my contacts from Fresh Lens.

Slow "express shipping," still waiting nearly 2 weeks later, prices are mediocre at best will be shopping elsewhere when I reorder.

Quick, cost effective and hassel-free! I have been ordering through FreshLens aka GlobalLens for 10 years and have never had one issue.

This has been my online "go to" source for several years now. Customer service (Jen) has always been prompt at answering any questions. I have never had any issues with quality or shipping issues. My orders usually arrive in about 7 days to USA. I remain confident, and don't hesitate in ordering from this online vendor.
