I paid for expedited shipping and now
I paid for expedited shipping and now, 3 business days later, the shipment tracking says it will update when item has shipped. If this is due to my being locating in the US, fresh lends shouldn’t offer that option out of Canada customers.

Above and beyond expected
I couldn't get my brand of lenses from anywhere and my doctor was being difficult about writing an Rx for lenses unavailable in the US! They helped me out and got me the lenses I needed.
