I’ve been well served by Coloplast for over a year . First class service. But recently I had a difficult caused by my GP practice resulting in a delay and me running out of catheters.

Samantha intervened and was most helpful. My order is now winging its way to me.

4.7 score Coloplast Charter have looked after me extremely well for 11 years now. Normally easy ordering and prompt delivery. No complaints except for the IT department. Since they changed their website over a year ago, I’ve NEVER been able to order online. I always have to call to give my order. I keep telling them to solve the problem and they never do. It’s so frustrating!

Quick efficient service from this company. I have used both the telephone help and the online chat and they have always answered my queries to my satisfaction.

Because of confusion in my original access route for catheters, I only discovered very close to a travelling deadline that I had been transferred to Coloplast Charter - and then my GP took ages to deliver the necessary prescription. Panic loomed.

But everyone I dealt with at Coloplast Charter was reassuring, preparing for a timing emergency that actually didn't arise, suggesting alternative routes forward, etc. The whole atmosphere was so wonderfully supportive. And I got what I needed in plenty of time!

Samantha was lovely today she is very professional.I was upset as yesterday I was told my parcel was coming but no tracking it didn’t arrive .Today my parcels will arrive

I always get a great response from the team always helpful and easy to order and when people who has got a stoma I always say colplast the quality is perfect

I've been with Coloplast Charter since 2002/3 & I've found them to be the most helpful company. The staff are all lovely, so very helpful with nothing being too much trouble. Any little query is answered fully, promptly & with your situation in mind. I did try another company once, but never again!
Any new device that becomes available as time goes on you'll know about it. Without over loading you with products that are irrelevant to your needs. You can do your order online at a time to suit you. They request the prescription from your dr's & do the chasing for it if ever is needed, but keeping you informed at all times. The order is dispatched very promptly via DPD which is in a discreet brown unmarked box.

I have been using Coloplast Charter since August 2025. when I was first told I was going to be Catheterising I was absolutely mortified and devastated. The thought of talking to someone about such a personal problem felt overwhelming. I am so pleased to say that every staff member has been so polite, knowledgeable and professional. What a great service you all run and the company should be proud of you all.

Found I had been using the wrong lubricant with my catheter, fresh nurse said I need alternative. Had GP issue fresh prescription. So had some from local pharmacy. Spoke to Claire and she amended my Charter. Easy, well done

Excellent and helpful staff but consistently poor deliveries from DPD !!! Latest order of 2 boxes AGAIN delivered separately over 2 days !! This keeps happening..the last time the 2nd delivery arrived on Saturday with 1 hours notice of arrival.I had locked up prior to departure and I had to return to allow delivery.This is not a one off and having contacted Coloplast they said they would rectify the issue...but as yet no return call from them !! Still waiting !!! Consequently I will now look elsewhere for another supplier where I can have deliveries made correctly and in one drop off .

Coloplast charter have been excellent from the get go. I use them for all of my stoma supplies. Ordering is easy and quick and I’ve never had any problems. Following a recent second surgery I’m having some issues and Coloplast Charter were able to send an urgent order of the new bags with no fuss, taking away all the stress. The staff are always super polite and helpful!

In these days of computerisation, it was so good to be able to talk to a person, not a robot, who answered the phone directly, not after a whole lot of options.
The people I spoke to were helpful, personal and polite, which builds confidence when talking to a stranger.
My order was completed within 10 days, even the courier stuck to his 'Window' - Thank you Coloplast

Coloplsst are an excellent company with fantastic customer service. They respond to enquiries with speed and will even contact me if i have forgotten to order!!! Their products are top class and i have been using them for the kadt 3 years

With the amazing NHS and my GP so so busy right now CC came through for me when I needed it

My bags I ordered are of stock I emailed Samantha and she arranged for a box of
substitute bags to be sent which arrived the next day as I was running low. She has also arranged for my remaining 2 boxes to be sent as soon as they're back in stock Excellent service.
