I've used Coloplast products for nearly 2 years now and can't recommend their products and services highly enough.
My orders are received within a week of placing an order.
Customer and chat service is again exceptional with any queries I have had. Forgot to mention Teghan who was a great help to me this afternoon, first class advice and service 👍 😀 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been using their services for 14 yrs and never ever had any problems.
I have been treated with compassion, respect, and dignity along with personal friendliness throughout.
Along with my Specialist Stoma Nurse Team at my local Hospital the allround support has been excellent.Thank you to all at Coloplast.

I had the help of Kathryn today and honestly she was fantastic,I had a fair few questions on how to order certain items in black and she answered all of my questions along with sorting out my order and made it so easy and smoothly.

I have been using coloplast Charter for many years and never had a problem with the service it’s always first rate the problem I’ve had with my supplies I think the last 2 months has been down to my surgery as coloplast have always been first rate and I must say a massive thanks to Elvis for his help today in resolving this problem don’t know where I would be without them he’s gone above and beyond so again thank you Elvis for taking the stress out of my problem keep up the good work 👏👏

The Coloplast Charter Customer Service Team are the best I have ever dealt with, and their consistency of excellent service is beyond compare. They are always extremely helpful, friendly and supportive. Other companies, and especially my GP Surgery could learn a lot from them and I cannot speak highly enough of all the services they provide.

Being New to ordering from coloplast charter for my Mum I am so pleased and grateful to the two advisors that I have spoken to. One was a lady called Diane which sorted an order out for me.
And today the 2/06/26 I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Louie
He was so professional and so caring and helpful. I can’t possibly tell you how lovely it is to actually speak to somebody that actually cares and he is an asset to your company
Due to looking after my mum, I made so many phone calls on her behalf ordering stuff for her and making all phones on her behalf and I can honestly say this was the best experience ever
I hope both of their managers read this and let them know what an asset of the company they are

Just reached my first year with my Stoma. Coloplast are always so helpful and give great guidance and advice. The early days were overwhelming but they certainly played their part in getting me through! Combined with DPD they provide an excellent delivery service.

I have used Coloplast for over 5 years now and have never had a problem. The staff are always very polite, and welcoming ( which is so good when you don’t really know what your doing to begin with!). I won’t say they have all the answers, but everything I’ve asked them in the past they have been happy to help with.
Ordering with them is so easy and they text you a message to say they have received your order, and then again when they dispatch it. A brilliant t service all round.

I required a bedside bag stand which wasn't a product I was able to order through the site. I had a live chat with Samantha and being told the stand is a complimentary item, within minutes, I received a message stating the bag stand was ordered for me and will be dispatched soon. I'm not a live chat fan, but Samantha has made me glad I did today.

Big problems with my surgery, which developed into a saga. Very short on pouches the staff helped me greatly to rectify the situation.

In the past it's been very good products and delivery. But over the past 6 months I've have had constant issues with deliveries and ordering.

Colorplast customer service is fantastic. Very friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. I have used Colorplast Charter for 15 years now and there has not been any complaints with either their products or service. I would recommend them to anybody having to cope with a stoma. I dealt with a lady called Samantha today who I must say is a great example of their high customer service standards.

What a brilliant service Coloplast. Thank you. I order my items, which I do every month, via email, and they arrived the very next day. So efficient and quick. Thank you so much for making this so simple. A very satisfied customer.

I have had a Stoma since 2018. It's a devastating thing to have because of bowel cancer. Managing one takes a long time to get used to and having bags that can be trusted really helps and a service that provides a regular and timely resupply is paramount. Customer service at Colorplast is second to none. I have used Colorplast Charter for nearly 8 years now I have had no complaints with either their products or service. I would recommend them to anybody having to cope with a stoma.
