Coco melody made my whole wedding planning experience feel magical. My dress was super affordable easy to order fast shipping and most important it was beautiful with high quality fabric. The detailing was stunning and I embroidery on the train is something that everyone still talks about a year on from our wedding. They have staff readily available to chat. Awesome company definitely recommend them xx

Be prepared to lose a lot of money!
Be prepared to lose a lot of money if it’s not The One!! The dress, although well-made is cheap and not how it looks in pictures. It was also very small despite me taking measurements and ordering to the correct measurements. It took a lot of effort to persuade them to refund the dress, and then they take off the price of shipping from the refund even if you’ve qualified for free shipping at the point of purchase. After finally agreeing to a reduced refund, I had to pay for shipping from the UK to Austria for a 2.5kg dress, which is super expensive! It’s not worth the hassle or money, don’t bother with this company. I’ve learnt my lesson.

As to the measurements, often bust, waist and bottom measurements are all needed to be considered before purchasing because different brand may use the different standard about the sizing. As there is the free shipping activity when you purchase the dress, so the shipping and handling fee will be needed to be deducted. It is also listed on our return policy.

Perfection!!!
This was the most comfortable experience online ordering ever. The dress I ordered was perfect and it fits just right. The customer service was great with answering questions and giving advice.
I also loved the fact that I could look at real pictures on Instagram.
I can't wait to post my pictures in june.

I had a better experience at coco…
I had a better experience at coco melody than I did at David’s bridal. Coco melody was so reasponsive and helpful. I live in New York so I bought my dress online and they were very good with emailing me back every time I had a questioned. And I was about to video chat with one of the works when my mom went to the actual store for me. Just an amazing company. With amazing customer service. I would recommend this bridal store to everyone.

This dress is amazing, I can't believe how beautiful and well made the fabric feels - it really simply gorgeous. The ivory/ champagne colour is exactly what i imagined when ordering. Could not recommend Cocomelody more to anyone.

Coco Melody met all of their deadlines…
Coco Melody met all of their deadlines and stood true to their timeline. My dress was exactly what I wanted and was super high quality. The bead work alignment was perfect so there was no problem with how it flowed with my movements. The color stood true to the image on their site and it was the most amazing shade of baby blue. If you order from Coco Melody order one size larger than you normally wear as their sizes run a bit small. The only alteration I had to make was to the train/hemline. I loved my dress as did everyone else!!!

everything on this website was accurate and easy, from the details of the dress, to the measurements, to the shipping time. I would recommend them 100% without hesitation. If I am ever in need of a formal dress in the future (daughters wedding, bridesmaids, etc) I will be back at cocomelody.

Best choice I made!
I am so happy with my purchase and experience with cocomedoly. I ordered a custom fit dress and it was at my door step in 6 weeks and fit beautifully!! I had even made a mistake on my measurements when ordering and my concern was quickly answered and changed. The dresses needed steamed due to being transported in a box for protection but this should be expected. The quality is amazing and the price was a 1/4 of what the bridal shops were asking... and it was already customized to my measurements!
