Five star customer service
Five star customer service, through from selection to booking the perfect gift experience. The process was seamless and really quick response times. I was dealing with Lorenzo and he went over and above to explore different excursions with me to make it a perfect trip planned for a boxing day treat for the family. Would highly recommend and will be booing with them again. Thank you.

Siamo felici di sapere che la giornata a Loro Parque sia stata piacevole e che l’esperienza ti sia piaciuta.
Per quanto riguarda il rientro in autobus, confermiamo che il venerdì l’autobus parte alle 17:00 e arriva indicativamente verso le 18:30, come indicato anche sulla nostra pagina del servizio bus. Detto questo, comprendiamo perfettamente che eventuali ritardi possano essere fastidiosi e ci dispiace per l’inconveniente.
Ci teniamo anche a precisare che il servizio di trasferimento è offerto per rendere la prenotazione più semplice per chi desidera prenotare tutto in un’unica soluzione. Tuttavia, il servizio non è gestito direttamente da Club Canary. Inoltre, il traffico sull’isola può essere imprevedibile, soprattutto nelle ore di punta, e questo può purtroppo causare ritardi.
Siamo comunque contenti che il nostro supporto via WhatsApp sia stato sempre disponibile per aiutarti.

The whole trip was a complete mess
The whole trip was a complete mess. The tapas, bought at a cheap supermarket, were disgusting. Despite the clear sky, there was barely anything to see. We've been waiting for two days for the photo the guy who supposedly was a guide was supposed to send. I don't recommend it; there are much better tours.

Hi there, we’re honestly a bit confused by your review. Club Canary is a top-rated tour company specializing exclusively in activities and experiences across the Canary Islands. We don’t prepare or serve tapas, and we don’t provide photo services to clients.
It’s possible this review was meant for another company. On our website, you can compare a wide range of trips and choose exactly which experience you’d like to book. If you wish to leave a review, it should relate to our customer service or the activity you booked through us, not unrelated experiences.
If you did book through Club Canary, it would make much more sense to share your feedback directly on the activity page to help other tourists. We also noticed this same review was posted on our TripAdvisor page, which adds to the confusion.
Cool experience, lovely dolphins
When we arrived at Morro Jable harbour, we received a WhatsApp with the exact locatie, where our guide was waiting, very helpfull! We left on time and they had contact with other boats which had already spotted Dolphins, so he went straight there. It where big waves so on the way there he didn't go to fast to avoid becoming wet, but some waves hit our Boat and the group in front, us too, got pretty wet, what was very funny. Then when we arrived with the other boats there was a couple of 2 mature Dolphin with a young Dolphin, so cool to watch, they were swimming around the boats en we did see then many times. The trip was 1.5 hours official but the captain made it 2 full hours an back to the harbour with the waves behind us he did a demonstration of the speed of the Boat, very cool. We loved it!

Our experience on our private luxury…
Our experience on our private luxury motor yacht trip was nothing short of exceptional. Martin and his crew were amazing and so kind. They made us feel so at ease and were so welcoming. Martin is a gentleman, such a great guy 👏. The food and drinks that we had were lovely too along with the beautiful views. I highly recommend everyone to do this as you won’t be disappointed. 10/10. The event was excellent from start to finish. Thank you so much Ben for sharing your knowledge and delivering it with so much enthusiasm. The food was fabulous, and so lovely to share with a small group. I would definitely recommend.

We (family of 4) had a great experience with Club Canary and an excellent service from Sophien. We booked through Sophien a private sunset sailing boat tour and a half day private tour to the Teide. Great office sevice
We went to the office in person in Plaza de Douqe, and the young officer who advised us on which programme to choose was really helpful, polite, understanding and felxible. We were a lot, and wanted to pay separately, and he had no problem with it. We were also a bit overwhelming I think, and he was polite and pleasant to us during the whole time we spent in the office. He even sent a follow up email, and an offer we were undecided about, and didn't make a fuss about us rejecting the offer. Perfect service, great customer relations, I recommend Club Canary to everyone.

Flying over Lanzarote!
I booked paragliding over Lanzarote and it was an amazing experience! It was a Birthday gift for my mum. At first I was a little bit worried if everything would work out with organization. But the communication with Club Canary was very good and they offered transfer from the Hotel and back. The Pilot was very friendly and made sure you felt safe. The view over Lanzarote was stunning! My mum loved it and would definitely recommend it!

We understand that the weather during your stay wasn't ideal, which can occasionally happen in Tenerife during the winter. However, attributing this to our service might be a bit harsh. You've previously mentioned in an email that our assistance was "quick and helpful," yet the review left was decidedly negative.
As a booking platform, you have the freedom to choose your activities. Your paragliding experience was with Tenerife Fly, a choice favored by many due to our compelling offers. We encourage you to share specific feedback about your paragliding experience directly on the activity page on our website. This helps future travelers make informed decisions.
We were taken aback by the review and contacted the owner of the paragliding company, who was also surprised. To make up for the rescheduling, which was done for your safety, they provided you with a complimentary video capturing nothing but smiles.
Additionally, you booked the Freebird boat trip. We had recommended a different boat and provided a coupon specifically for that option to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the rescheduled paragliding. Unfortunately, without informing us, you chose to use the coupon for a larger cheaper catamaran tour instead, which you booked for a very cheap price.
Our team has always been ready to assist you through calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a very supportive manner even completly in Italian. We're puzzled by your decision to post a negative review without detailing your experience on the specific product pages where you booked, which could genuinely help other travelers. This approach makes us wonder if perhaps there was an element of your experience that left you particularly frustrated, prompting you to find someone to blame, or if you might be seeking further compensation.
