Travelling to Tenerife with friends
My friends and I were travelling to Tenerife for the first time and we wanted to enjoy our trip to the fullest and we booked 2 tours through Club canary. It was an amazing experience and we enjoyed both of our tours. We went on a jet ski trip and a private boat trip
everything was well-managed and we had a great time.

Booking trips through club canary was amazing
Booking trips through club canary was definitely worth it. Not only the customer service was amazing but all the trips were managed perfectly. I went buggy riding and visited the Siam park with a couple of friends and it was an adventurous and fun experience.Highly recommended.

We had a great tour to Teide National Park with Club Canary! We enjoyed the day very much!
Also, the information and recommendations as well as the service was very good and professional. Unfortunately the cabel car did not run but we got the money back without any problems.

Great Company To Deal With
We did the half day trip to Teide, it was tremendous value for money. Club Canary where a pleasure to deal with, we had a query with the booking and we got an instant reply from the live chat.

Great service
We booked 3 activities. Each of them were booked thru whatsapp. The answers we got were very clear, and they checked for avalability multiple times to give options! Club Canary offer great services!

We did a kajak tour for snorkeling and dolphin watching at Los Christianos.
Very poor organisation.
Firyt they didn't know, whether they have free kajaks at our preferred time.
Then the tour started late and we came back 1,5 hours later than scheulded. We were freezing but could not go immideatly to the office to change clothes. We had to wait till all kajaks were stored.
Very poor.

Our company organises more than 100 activities, so delays sometimes can happen and unfortunately it was with the excursion you booked.
We apologise in the name of Atlantis Kayak, our partner that is one of the best in the island that provides snorkeling/kayak trips.
For what concerns the weather, it is unpredictable and even if October it’s still warm it cannot be as summer months.
However we are sure that you still had a chance to spot some dolphins and to swim with some turtles and that at least, you enjoyed the excursion itself.
We will be very happy to have you again here in Tenerife so that you can reconsider us and our services.

Een geweldige ervaring
Een geweldige middag op het mooie zeiljacht van club canary. Gezellig met een kleine groep dus ruimte en rust.
De ervaren schipper wist ons bij de dolfijnen pilot whale te brengen en we hebben genoten van deze mooie zoogdieren.
De aardige Thomas vertelde ons veel over de oceaan, de vissen en het eiland.
Kortom een bijzondere ervaring.

Wederom super!
Tweede jaar op rij geboekt met deze geweldige organisatie en wederom super ervaring!
Persoonlijk langs geweest in hun bureau en samen met Roy verschillende excursies geboekt. Alle nodige uitleg gekregen en geprinte tickets mee gekregen. Super makkelijk en geweldige opvolging! Ik raad iedereen aan om met hen te werken voor uitstapjes/excursies op Tenerife!

It was a birthday present for my sister, and the whole experience has been just amazing! We’ve been very nicely welcomed, they explained everything to us in case of emergency, the photographer took us pictures and we even received a video with our experience. Price has been reasonable, the pilot has been great as well as a guide. We recommend Club Canary and look forward to book some more adventures with them, as soon as we come back for holidays in Adeje!
