De eerste keer kocht ik in 2025 bij de ANWB deze helm. Het leek me heel fijn dat hij inklapbaar is. Maar na een paar maanden waren de verbindingen stuk. Ik kon nog net in september 2025 een nieuwe in een andere stad halen, want ANWB had hem inmiddels uit de collectie gehaald. En nu is mijn nieuwe helm OOK kapot! Hij ligt in twee stukken. Na een half jaar! En weer omdat de verbindingen breken. Ik zie deze klacht al een paar keer vermeld staan. Waarom verandert Closca de verbindingen niet?

I've got my helmet on time. The instructions for adjusting straps could be better, but I got it to fit well.

Fantastic helmet that is collapsible and super portable. I commonly get questions from people asking about it and where they can buy on top of that. The company has great customer service and a warranty for any replacements that are necessary. Highly recommend.

Very helpful. Nice helmet and good to have something that fits in my bag. Had some issue with the first one but they got me a replacement. Their customer service department were super helpful on shipping one out to me.

Keep your purchase receipt! The collapsing mechanism on my beloved Closca helmet broke after 1 year of use. Closca honoured the purchase, replacing the helmet FOC but it was touch and go without the receipt. Based on other info I provided, my receipt number was retrieved and the Closca replacement arranged. My style and safety have returned.

Ich liebe meinen Closca-Helm. Es hilft mir sehr, dass ich einen so leicht in meiner Tasche verstaubaren Helm nutzen kann. Bei Fragen an den Kundenservice wird sofort geantwortet. Ich hatte 2 verschiedene Modelle zur Auswahl bestellt, einen habe ich zurückgeschickt, Gutschrift kam umgehend. Auch bei einer Reklamation wegen eines Minidefekts während der Garantiezeit hat die Firma sofort und superkulant reagiert. DANKE!

3 jaar met genoegen gedragen maar helaas nu in 2 delen en valt niet meer te repareren.

This is my second Closca helmet - they’re super convenient to carry and wearing them makes you look much better than other helmets. A plus is that many haven’t discovered it yet so your friends are automatically curious how it collapses haha. It’s my second helmet not cuz the first one broke but cuz it’s a gift to my boyfriend. The support is also very reactive and a pleasure to deal with. I would’ve put 5 stars easily but unfortunately returns are not free, I messed up the size and had to pay €7 for a prepaid label…a plus is that the customer support of Closca provided the label so I wouldn’t make a mistake at the post office so yeah it could maybe be cheaper but I chose safety. I agreed to €7 but I do believe it to be quite costly…never had to pay as much for a return of any other brand. Otherwise, love this brand’s mission and approach!

I am still waiting for my delivery. I have emailed them 4 times and has no response. Non existent customer service.

Na ruim 3 jaar gebruik zijn de lipjes afgebroken, zodat de helm uit elkaar valt bij openklappen. Is niet veilig meer bij dragen, hoofd is onvoldoende beschermd. De helm is getest op 10.000 keer inklappen. Dat aantal haal ik bij lange na niet. Er is geen mogelijkheid om hem te repareren. Het scharnierpunt van een lipje is ook van kunststof. Helaas nu onbruikbaar!

Muy bien casca por cuando estoy a bicicleta ...siento mas segura...me gusta el diseno y esta bien que la casca reduce par 1/3 por importers en mi bolsa

The delivery service was excellent, and the bottle's design, appearance, and thermal performance are truly impeccable. However, there are significant issues: 1. The exterior is prone to scratching and paint loss. Whether secured to a bicycle or stored in a standard luggage case, damage occurs easily. This is entirely at odds with your stated principles of durability and longevity. 2. The weight is rather substantial, making it distinctly uncomfortable to carry as advertised in a backpack. I genuinely adore this design and sincerely hope further improvements will be made. Should updates be released, I shall certainly purchase and support subsequent versions.

Compré dos cascos Closca Bike Helmet nuevos, ambos con número de registro y en perfecto estado de presentación, y los dos se rompieron tras muy poco uso en el mismo punto del mecanismo de plegado.

Contacté con atención al cliente aportando fotos y explicaciones, pero su respuesta fue decepcionante. Alegan que los cascos son modelos anteriores a 2021 o que podrían haberse deteriorado por disolventes o almacenaje, algo que no tiene sentido ni justificación real tratándose de un casco certificado que debería garantizar su seguridad durante años.

Me sorprende que una marca reconocida por su innovación y compromiso con la seguridad no asuma ninguna responsabilidad ni ofrezca una solución razonable. Después de esta experiencia, he perdido completamente la confianza en Closca: sus cascos no me parecen fiables y no los recomendaría a nadie.

Afortunadamente no tuve un accidente, pero sinceramente no me sentiría seguro llevando un casco de esta marca.

Great customer service, warranty for helmets is real and lasts for 3 years - got mine replaces due to the usage of joints. Fantastic product, very competent service - what should one wish more for?

Very poor quality helmets. Was fine to start with, but broke into pieces after less than a year of use. Collapsible sections just broke apart from each other.
