Had some issues for an error of mine. Typed the wrong email for withdrawal request. They responded very fast to my email and after 2 business day they resolved the issue. Very professional and caring.... Se mer

A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. I just signed up a few minutes ago. The sign-in process was very easy. I thought that with the free account I could upload two photos. Evidently I have to wait a week to upload another one.

We do offer free trial options if you wanted to try and test the pro membership first to see if it is a right fit for you, but free accounts are limited to one upload per week. This helps protect the integrity of the platform and ensures image quality across the community.

The app only upload 1 pic for free weekly and can’t upload second pic for a week.
Or you have a hefty uk fees for unlimited. Social media is so deceiving and I tried to use this app. Useless.

No doubt company is great,but some processes should be better and easy like tags and title options

Tags on clickasnap are completely optional, and you are not required to use them when uploading your photos.

We’re really sorry for the frustration this situation caused and completely understand how confusing and upsetting it must have been to see your account revert to a Free profile after upgrading.

After reviewing your account in detail and the communication you have had with out support team, I can see that they identified that multiple past subscriptions with failed payment attempts caused our system to trigger an automatic cancellation when an earlier retry also failed. Unfortunately, this resulted in your membership temporarily reverting to Free, despite a successful recent payment.

Our support team investigated this as soon as it was raised and provided a full explanation, along with a goodwill credit to your next withdrawal to compensate for the inconvenience. We’ve also noted the account to ensure this is handled smoothly going forward.

We genuinely apologise for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve it. If you have any further questions or need assistance, our support team is always happy to help.
