A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. I don't have anymore issues with


I don't have anymore issues with ClickAsnap. I have given up on them being competent enough to fix their website like it was when I originally created my account. CS lied about what was done and gave mer time consuming advice on how to fix the problem when the problem is whomever does their website. It was all about putting my photos into my folders.

Ich komme nicht auf mein Profil und kann die hochgeladenen Fotos nicht löschen, es wird aber trotzdem versucht Geld abzubuchen. Abo-KĂŒndigung so gut wie unmöglich. Sehr Ă€rgerlich und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

You can set your own prices if you sell images, while pay-per-view earnings depend on your membership and aren’t adjustable. Poorly Run Company- Don’t Recommend

Here are my three main complaints about this site:

1. It’s extremely hard to make money on the site. It’ll take you forever to make the $15 minimum even if you pay for a membership. They give you 7 cents for every second view or something ridiculous like that.

2. The site also says you can contact them if you have any issues. This isn’t true because they purposely make it impossible for you to contact them. This site has potential. Unfortunately, the site gives you the vibe that the people want to hide from their customers and not deal with legitimate complaints. They do this while at the same time taking your money for a subscription that doesn’t help you to make more money. If it sounds too good to be true then it definitely is.

3. There are a lot of lazy “photographers” on the site that take pictures of the most ridiculous things in order for people to comment on their photos to make money. That is probably why ClickASnap made it even harder to make money.

UPDATE: ClickASnap flagged my review because they didn’t like my criticism. Their response makes it seem as if I’m being dishonest. On the contrary, ClickASnap is the one that puts fake five-star reviews on here to counter all of the honest 1-star reviews of their horrible company.

All of our policies, FAQs, and Community Guidelines are fully transparent and can be accessed and reviewed at any time without needing an account.
