A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. I have been trying to delete my account


I have been trying to delete my account from click a snap since they charged me again for a subscription renewal. It is completely impossible to delete accounts. Once you were with them. They’ve also disputed my bank’s decision for a refund.DO NOT JOIN!! You will never be able to get rid of them and WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

We’d just like to clarify that there are a couple of ways to delete your account — this can be done either by logging into the app directly and heading to your account settings, or by reaching out to our support team who can assist you with this.

In terms of subscriptions, all payments are set to renew automatically, and this is made clear at the point of purchase. However, we do offer a 14-day cooling-off period on renewals, and if you contact us within that timeframe, we’re able to review and process a refund for any auto-renewal payments.

We’ve checked our support portal and can’t see that you’ve reached out to us yet.

If you could please contact us at support@clickasnap.com where a member of the team will be able to properly investigate your case, assist with your account, and look at possible solutions for you.

Charged GBP19.99 on free account

I am on free plan but still got charged GBP19.99.
This is daylight robbery. The site itself is poor in terms of monetization. Charged me without confirmation. I am on their free monthly plan.

I have used Click A Snap for more than 4 years, and as far as i know it takes years and years to become an expert photographer. The good thing about the website is for the Image you post on this photo gallery, they actually tell you which camera you are using and the different specs. Will have to give it a "YES" instead of a "no"

Don’t use click a snap

Hidden charges, condition issues, tricky language. It took me a year just to break even and they appear to have deleted my account (I suspect so they don’t have to pay the remainder of what they owe me).

Greedy practices regarding their subscriptions

I signed up for this site a few years ago. Honestly forgot all about it for personal issues that were happening in my life. They charged the recurring charge every year for several years, though I never used it. I caught the recurring charge from this company the day they charged it on December 10th 2025 and immediately requested a refund that same day. I cancelled the recurring charge. I explained to the company that I never used the service and did not have access. Their response? Oh well, you knew our terms, and sent a denial of the refund and a login to a service I will never use at this point. I feel this is incredibly tasteless business. Whether they are a good program to use I can't speak to, but their business practice is greedy and in poor taste, but none the less they got their money and that is what it is all about, right? Many of these subscriptions are scams and the companies make a lot of money this way. Be aware and make sure your life does not go sideways because you will lose money from uncaring and greedy companies. They have no reason to not send a refund and cancel my access. I've had good experiences with other subscriptions that will and have refunded due to not using their service and calling in a timely manner, but not this company. **update 4-22-26 - this company did actually reach out and give me a refund, which I appreciate. However it was only after multiple requests for said refund on the day it was charged
well within the claimed 14 day window to request a refund. I would not have received a refund had I not placed a negative review on Trust Pilot. I can’t place a review on their actual product, just their business integrity. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because they did eventually state they would be issuing a refund, but it was not done when I went directly through them.
