From initial purchase through collection and subsequent services, I have always received the most helpful and efficient customer service at this dealership. The staff are always friendly and helpful and have often gone beyond expectation. Skoda should be proud of them.

After a disappointing experience at Kia Enfield, I drove 45 minutes to have my car serviced at CityGate Kia Watford, not sure what to expect. They went above and beyond, both in the quality of service and the genuine personal touch. Natasha and Dan were brilliant, and there's a great, positive energy throughout the dealership. I'd recommend CityGate Kia Watford wholeheartedly.

Service enquiry was shocking - clear and obvious issue with a pricing scheme to take 2 days and 240 quid to spot the problem - this for a customer who has bought 2 cars over the last 3 years! Not at all what you expect for a loyal customer and no empathy etc - issue is jammed reverse camera mechanism in open position, so not the work of hercule poirot to diagnose it!!!

I would highly recommend this service center and especially want to thank Natalia, who assisted me from start to finish.

I was welcomed when I arrived, and, as I had opted to wait for my car to be serviced, I was offered a beverage, and this was provided and placed on a table alongside me, and I was given a comfortable chair to sit while I waited.
When my car was ready, it was brought to the door for me so I did not have to walk too far as I have mobility problems.
I was given the paperwork and what had been done was explained clearly to me.
I was treated courteously and with dignity.
I would certainly recommend Citygate, London Road, High Wycombe as a place to go for work to be carried out on your vehicle, with care and efficiency, and for great Customer service.
The staff were all friendly and courteous and answered any questions I had efficiently and accurately. Great team, well done!

The people at St Albans are simply the best. Every time I visit I leave with a warm and fuzzy feeling safe in the knowledge that I’ve been treated with respect and courtesy. Laura in service is a particular highlight, as is Danny who services my car. What a pair of superstars

My repairs were completed with out any fuss. Just how I like it done, all my questions were answered. I also checked out the new ID Polo which looks like a good addition to the VW range.

My id.4 went in to fix a warning light on the dashboard.
They ran diagnostics and found it was not a faulty battery but was fixed by resetting the cars software operating system.
I was kept up to date by phone as to when to collect.

Took our Skoda in for service and MOT in Sept. Was told that brake pads and spark plugs needed attention and agreed to this. The air filters were also changed, without consultation, at a cost of over £100. This had not been discussed in advance with me. First I knew of it was when I saw the bill...
I have made my concerns known to Citygate and Skoda via their customer satisfaction surveys, and requested a call back, but have heard nothing from them.

Appalling business ethics, will drop you like a stone if they can make a pound from another customer. Arranged an appointment to see a vw buzz only to find that they had already sold it by looking on the internet. Not sure when they were going to inform me probably when I was 1/2 way round the M25 . Sorry im old school and would never treat a customer like that.

Bought a brand-new car in March and seven months later there are still issues that have not been properly resolved.

What I find most disappointing is the way the complaint has been handled. Instead of taking ownership of the remaining problems, the response from management has become increasingly defensive, with faults being described as “characteristics” or normal operation and the emphasis being put back onto the customer.

After such a long-running complaint, that is not how you resolve things. A customer should not be made to feel like a nuisance simply because problems with a new car are still present months later.

The whole experience has left me with very little confidence in Citygate’s aftersales support.

I delivered my car, my husband picked it up. Everyone we dealt with was charming. Everything seems to have been carried out well. The one thing that wasn’t done was the air-conditioning service which is going to be more complicated than first thought and I will make a separate future booking for this.
