From start to finish it was so easy to book i was give an update as soon as they new what was wrong it was a plesent experince deanna was so professional

Josh provided excellent service for repairs and communication was good.
After an initial glitch, Josh was able to complete the job without any issues.

from the 6 seperate sales calls inviting my partner and I to the VIP event, having to chase up the shipment day of the car having recieved no information. the promises of call backs that never happened. having to chase up the return of the Deposit over 3 days with the usual non return of the calls. And finally requesting a call which was confirmed with the sales manager to discuss the above of which I am still waiting. A complete S**T show and the last car I will but from Citygate.

I got a call chasing up the V5 a few days back which I had infact hand delivered to a member of their staff the day after I picked up the car. Coffee was nice though

I was welcomed in a very nice way when I arrived. Chris was extremely efficient and supportive. When I collected the car he informed me that they hadn't carried out unnecessary work that had been suggested by the outside booking team so my price was better than I expected. All in all an excellent experience and I look forward to the next time I have to use Citygate.

Very friendly and engaging

Arrived at citygate Colindale ahead of my booking time, with my workshop card done previously. My cars MOT was priced at £0.00 im assuming as I have a service plan. 10 minutes later the young woman came to me and said I have to pay £55 for the MOT eventhough it stated on my job card it was free. They said "the job card is wrong and how was i going to pay" which i replied "do the job first and ill pay after". I was left to sit there to stew, nobody asked if I needed anything just laughing and joking with each other. I assumed as they knew I was waiting for my car it would take preference, but obviously I was wrong. Over an hour and a half after I arrived and my car still where I parked it, I asked if they knew how long before my MOT and was told at least another 40 minutes before they may have a chance to do it. I asked for my keys back and left. I left a 5 star review of them for my last service but those staff are not there anymore. Will go elsewhere in future as they just didnt seem to care at all !!

The process of MOT certification while we waited was carried out professionally from the reception to the finish time. Members of staff were friendly & helpful. Good selection of complimentary beverages enhanced our satisfaction. We would highly
recommend this garage.

My CUPRA Tavascan was due a recall for the reprogramming of its matrix headlamps.

From booking the car in through to collection, the team were excellent and extremely helpful. The whole process was handled professionally, communication was clear throughout, and everything was completed efficiently and on time.

Terrible terrible experience. I have tried multiple times to arrange a service for my Cupra, receiving no call back from Citygate or confirmation emails.

I tried on their chat service and emailing them, nothing. I then receive an email a week later with the WRONG registration number, WRONG date, WRONG centre. When I respond asking why my pick up service hasn't been processed, they tell me it's not a service that's offered.

I try a couple weeks later to book again, the online booking system doesn't offer Cupra Born as a dropdown as their website is out of date... I phone up the booking line and I get told by quite an abrupt customer service rep that I've already made a booking for end of October at the Slough branch (I live nowhere near Slough), and turns out they have my postcode as Basingstoke when I live in Barnet. Instead of apologising for the errors and trying to resolve, I then have to have an argument about how far I actually live from the centre, which a simple Google Maps search will tell you.
She fobs me off to a complaint email address, and refuses to explain why they have all my details wrong, confirming that she has "email evidence" that I booked for end of October in Slough. I actually have email evidence where I respond to say you've got the wrong booking and all my details are incorrect! The sheer nerve...

Fix your website, fix your data APIs, fix your training with your customer service reps. What a shoddy service. If only this wasn't a lease vehicle and I could just go to my local, reliable service centre and avoid having to deal with you again.

I always have a great experience when attending VW service centre, but this time Tosana the adviser I met, made me feel welcome and well looked after.
Her customer service was exemplary.

Reminder one day prior. Stuck to what they said (“first in at 8am and a fast turnaround”). Little waiting time. Courteous and friendly staff, comfortable area in which to work while I waited, and wifi available.

From initial purchase through collection and subsequent services, I have always received the most helpful and efficient customer service at this dealership. The staff are always friendly and helpful and have often gone beyond expectation. Skoda should be proud of them.

After a disappointing experience at Kia Enfield, I drove 45 minutes to have my car serviced at CityGate Kia Watford, not sure what to expect. They went above and beyond, both in the quality of service and the genuine personal touch. Natasha and Dan were brilliant, and there's a great, positive energy throughout the dealership. I'd recommend CityGate Kia Watford wholeheartedly.
