China Car Service Omdömen

Good Communication and responsive. Can recommend

Great follow up on email booking and contact information upon arrival at airport.

Very good service, recommend.

Solid service. Reliable, safe, and prompt. English language skills are variable, but generally minimal.

Very professional, good service, polite

Never had to wait. Very comfortable and safe Bus type configuration.

This company was efficient and easy to communicate with. My emails were always promptly answered, and there were reminder emails as the time of our booking approached. Our driver was excellent as was our tour guide. When we walked, our driver and guide coordinated where we would be picked up so we did not have to back track. Our guide was knowledgable and personable. We learned a great deal about China and Qingdao and we enjoyed a wonderful day, including the best meal we had on our entire trip, which was at a restaurant chosen by our driver and guide. My husband and I highly recommend the China Car Company in Qingdao.

Convenient & accommodating! Simply hassle free.

Wonderful service, met me at the gate and handled everything. Will use again. Well worth every penny

Multiple HK cross border transfers organized for a large group. All very easy to arrange. Cars were all clean, punctual and hassle free. Will use again for future trips.

I would higly recommend China Car Service. Reservations were easy to make, drivers were professional, cars were impeccable.

On time, nice car, and highly recommend.

Thank you for the wonderful welcome to HK. We received a text message from our Driver shortly after arrival, he introduced himself and provided clear instructions where to meet him. No complaints at all.

Excellent service, all staff are friendly and very communicative.
Much appreciated, and Keep up the good works guys !

Excellent service. I just wish, however, as we drove the driver would have pointed out places of interest. We drove not knowing where we were. Perhaps a little communication may help.

It would be nice to have your drivers to be able to speak the native language of the passenger.

Although our drivers didn’t speak English, we were treated with respect and courtesy.

Our driver was on time, spoke English, helpful, courteous, and safe. Just what we needed.

We booked a transfer from our hotel in Shanghai to Pudong airport along with the VIP concierge meet and greet service. Our very pleasant driver was waiting in the hotel lobby and took our bags. The vehicle was immaculate. The car was met outside departures by the concierge who loaded our bags onto a trolley and took us to a small private waiting area until check in opened. He then escorted us through all the formalities and took us to a lounge. When our boarding time came we were escorted to the gate. We didn't have to handle our luggage from the hotel lobby until baggage reclaim in London. It was so smooth and easy we were very pleased we had used China Car Service and will certainly do so again for any future trips. An excellent, first class service and worth every penny.

This team did a fabulous job, from the minute the planes arrived, until we were safely in our hotel room. We will be repeat customers.
