Hong Kong Central to Shenzhen airport transfer
It was pretty simple as i had all of my doc's in line with my itinerary - staying in Hong Kong Central and departing through Shenzhen - and they were prompt in the quotation; they arrived on time; and they delivered me to the airport on time with minimal hassles (if you call the border crossing hassle free).
The vehicle was an upscale toyota passenger van that was quite comfortable. The driver, who might have had a few words of English, was professional and minded after us through the transfer.
If you don't mind spending $200 USD on a business class transit, it beats the route, transfer, schlepping of a do it yourself journey by a long shot.
I recommend this car service for this itinerary.

Late pickups both ways
When we arrived in Hong Kong - on time - our driver was not at the meeting point. We had to phone the office number to get him sent to meet us. Once in the car we had a comfortable ride,
On the return journey from our hotel the driver did not arrive. Eventually, after several phone calls, another driver was sent. This caused a delay of about thirty minutes. The replacement driver was pleasant and drove well, but we did not need this hassle getting to the airport. Would we use this company again? Definitely not.

Dear Customer,
After the internal investigation, we found that the driver was not changed, but was not allowed to park at the hotel and instead had to find another waiting spot in busy Hong Kong which caused the delay for you. We are sincerely sorry for this service experience. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our customer service dept. manager will be following up with you shortly to further address it.
We hope we can still serve you in future and show our high-quality service that thousands of our customers enjoy every time coming to China.
Regards,
The China Car Service team.
