China Car Service Omdömen

Great service all the way around. Prompt pick-up, was given instruction on immigration/customs at the border of Hong Kong and mainland China, driver me met on the other side and we continued our journey to drop-off point. Driver was very courteous, and spoke English well. The vehicle was clean, very comfortable, and equipped with device chargers. Well worth the money when considering all the things that could go wrong trying to take public transport to the border, and then finding your way to the destination on the other side, not being able to communicate in the language.

Great service. Friendly, personable driver. Comfortable vehicle.

Very reliable, on time, recommend.

Great service, good communication, ontop of their game.

On time pick up and efficient service. Would definitely use them again. Recommended.

They were one time, very professional, good clean new cars and got me where I was suppose to me.

Couldn't recommend more. Service was easy to use, punctual and very comfortable.

EXCELLENT Service --- On time, courteous & professional. I will definitely use China Car Service again.

Good service, clean car and nice driver but only negative was no seatbelt for centre seat despite advertising for 6 passengers which is dangerous.

Serivce was great on short notice. The driver arrived on time and I had no trouble finding him in the Pudong airport. He got me to my destination quickly and safely, even though neither of us spoke the same language.

Guide was great and we did a full city tour despite bad weather. Driver was punctual and efficient.

Driver did not assist with bags and was late

Your service is a must for anyone coming to China

I have worked with China Car Service for over 10 years and they have always been very efficient, accurate, courteous and professional to work with.
Their confirmations are quick, coverage is huge, professional drivers, new and clean vehicles, invoicing is prompt, what more can I ask for?
Being a London based Chauffeur firm, our travelling clients are high-end VIP's from various industries/sectors so it's important I can use an affiliate I have 100% faith in to execute the service to the highest degree.

Would highly recommend China Car Service to anyone travelling out to the Asian countries! Well done team!!!

Easy to use service

Perfect timing

Highly recommend

Good service overall.
It would be nice to have a bottle of water available.

Long time customer: I have used the service about a dozen times now over the past 4 years.. and I am pleased that I always get the same driver, in a clean safe car.. and we never get lost and do well to avoid traffic. The service is expensive.. but worth it.

It started off not too good - miscommunication and mixed up orders but nothing can't be solved with one phone call. Always, always make that phone call especially when trying to coordinate pick up outside of major cities in China.
Two thumbs up. Keep the good work.

Excellent service and detailed receipts received for all three China Car Services I used including Hong Kong and Osaka to Kyoto Japan and to and from Mt. Fuji in Tokyo. This is an update on my last review.
