Professional, courteous, and efficient! Used service from Hong Kong airport to Dongguan and back, nice vehicles, and great service. Customer service coordination over email great too. I will use this service again. Thank you

Prompt, clean cars and friendly English speaking drivers.

China car was very professional. They took the time to communicate all of the important details about the appointment. They gave me the confidence to know the job would be done right. Thank you for being such an excellent resource for your clients!

Used to transfer from Hong Kong airport to Shenzhen. I was met at arrivals by the driver with a clear sign. The vehicle was immaculately clean and comfortable. The driver made it very clear what I needed to do to clear the border.

Used again on the return journey to Hong Kong and the high standard of vehicle and service were the same.

Highly recommended and would have no hesitation in recommending.

The service was very good. Driver was on time and very efficient.

Easy pick up and driver was waiting right outside the doors. Spoke English well and good communication during the trip on what to do to make transit though border nice and easy. Thank and will use again.

The guy that picked me up didn’t speak English at all, was wearing a casual tracksuit that you only wear around the house, the car was dirty - smelt like cigarette smoke and I didn’t think that a professional company would allow there drivers to drive dangerously......we nearly hit a couple of cars on the way to the hotel. Driving on a highway doesn’t mean that it’s a car racing strip.....

Excellent service. I booked a cross-border transfer to Shenzhen for my parents from Hong Kong at the very last minute as my previous booking with another “premium” company (starts with Black, ends with Lane) was cancelled only 8hrs beforehand due to a “system error”. China car company were a little bit more expensive but worth it in my opinion as my parents arrived relaxed and refreshed without any hassle. Will definitely use again.

Professional, punctual, safe, and courteous

Great service as usual. Timely, friendly drivers who get you from point A to point B as always. I will never use another service.

Reliable, fast, helpful, clean vehicle, polite driver.

Using China Car Service was the easiest part of our trip. After 20 hours of traveling it was such a relief to see our driver waiting with our name on a sign. Both airport transfers we made with China Car Service were awesome. The communication that they provide was reassuring that we were going to be well taken care of. They were definitely the best method of transportation that we found on our trip. Knowing that we had reliable transportation was such a relief. We will definitely use them on our next trip.

We used this service to travel from Hong Kong to Guanzhou for the Canton Fair. This was a very good experience, except for one issue. The cost for our group of 4 people was not much more than what it would have cost to go by train. The car was nice and the driver was pleasant. The border crossing was easy. The only negative was how much we were charged for a stop at Walmart in Shen Zhen. We wanted to stop and pick up some supplies for our 10 days in China.

certainly enjoy the ride, will use youn guys as I travel in China and south East Asia.

Very Reliable service, good follow-up, clean comfortable vehicles. Great drivers.
