Our driver was at the Airport to pick us up and even though we were delayed for over an hour and he had been trying to get in touch with us he waited until we came out and delivered us to the hotel. Great service. We then got picked up from the hotel on time and arrived at the boat terminal on time. I would recommend China Car Service for transport in Shanghai.

Driver on time, speaking english a little bit when we booked a perfectly speaking english driver, and who seemed to be really in a hurry. We booked a transfer from Shenzhen to Hong Kong Central Airport Express Station. Driver went up to Kowloon station. We declined getting down there since we paid for a transfer to Central and the driver told us he had to bring us to Airport Express, not Central. He then requested us to pay the toll fee to Central since it's expensive, which we declined also. Finally the driver brought us to Airport Express station in Hong Kong. Very average service which has nothing to be compared with the comments of China Car Service stating premium service. We just felt being like a luggage transferred from one place to another.By the way, Wifi only worked on Hong Kong side since the Wifi is supplied from the phone of the driver who seems to have a HK SIM card.

Trip from Shenzhen to Hong Kong- Excellent service, but the driver dropped me off at the wrong Intercontinental Hotel. There are 2 intercontinental hotels and even after I gave him the correct address, he drove me to the wrong hotel. Then after calling him, he did return, but this resulted in a 60-90 min delay.

We booked 4 services (SINGAPORE, BUSAN, SHANGHAI) and all were great!! drives came on time always, very clean vans, the only complaint was that drives didn't speak English just a little, but so far everything great!!.

We used China Car Service to move seven of us with all of our bags from Pudong airport to our hotel and back again. Excellent service, on time, quick, no-nonsense and friendly. Recommended!
