Delay and no communication
14 September 2024 I ordered a stool, and according to the Order Details the delivery time was 4-6 weeks.
22 October 2024 I send an e-mail asking when my stool would arrive, but received no answer.
I therefor called the customer care and was after that told in an e-mail that my stool would be shipped in the beginning of the following week, but I heard nothing.
30 October 2024 I send an e-mail asking what was going on, but got no answer.
Today, 1 November 2024, I send another e-mail. Delay is one thing, but the consistent lack of communication and no follow up gives a very bad customer experience. I still do not know if and when I get my stool, but I finally godt in contact by phone, and was promised a proper answer next week.
