Although we didn’t manage to get the property viewed everything was communicated openly and quickly and other alternatives were sent that suited our budget and needs by Rhian almost immediately which is all you can ask. I had a viewing at 3:15 and travelled from London to Brighton/Hove only to be texted at 3:08 that the viewing was cancelled due to access. Access should have been confirmed before the appointment was made and certainly should have been assured more than 7 minutes ahead of the appointment.
