Chancellors - Sunbury on Thames Omdömen 

The service I received to buy a property from Chancellors was outstanding and far better than a traditional estate agent. The consultant I had the pleasure of speaking too, a Gentleman called Luke Westcott was such a great man. He really knew his stuff and I always felt at ease with the process. Also I would like to thanks to the helping staff like Eve Clark & Angelika Stawarz who made the process easy. Fully Recommended.

This Estate Agent is a joke! I’ve had my property on with them over 20 weeks (locked in). I found them so unprofessional & uncaring. I had two viewings one of which made an acceptable offer but after a couple of months couldn’t continue due to Health reasons. I asked them to also show us houses to move to in time of which the sum total was zero. Not one house!
Now the contract is up I cannot get them to remove my property from all the web Portals. I.e Rightmove-Zoopla etc. this is greatly affecting the marketing with my new agent who can’t put the house for sale as it will clash with the old details. I’ve spoken to numerous people from chancellor’s who are telling me it’s a computer glitch or the site is down. I don’t care they have no contract with me anymore and I want this sorted of which they seem incapable. I am going to take legal advice if this goes into the 3rd day tomorrow.

Honestly, Vanessa was kind, respectful and very professional in doing her job.
But the branch agreed the moving date as the first of July and it didn’t happened that caused me being in the hotel for 6 days.
When moving to the property it’s not furnished even it’s says so.
I must add that Amelia from central office was very rude to me and unprofessional at all.

Shortest and most cursory valuation. Lowest of 5 agents valuations. Daniel became sarcastic and rude when advised that due to large gap in valuation would not be using them. Proceeded to continually talk over and when asked to listen abruptly terminated call.

Unprofessional, puerile and rude. Would not recommend.

DO NOT USE If I could give minus stars I would , unorganised receptionist has awful tone on the phone , never give you updates , treat yourself like a number no empathy , lost the sale
Of our place 3 times due to lack of due diligence the list is endless avoid this company , even when I complained it was never dealt with like no one care absolutely appalling company
