All the staff at the local offices to us were very patient and helpful. They updated us weekly and kept in contact when anything changed. The very best customer service.

Choosing Vickerys was definitely the right choice. We used the All in One service which was 100% worth it. Lewis completed our initial meeting and explained everything that we needed to know and then Toby provided our weekly check ins and followed up on anything that needed it. They were excellent and made the house move as stress free as it could have been! We would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We had a viewing with Andy for a flat in Frimley and overall it was a positive experience — Andy was friendly, easy to reach, and quick to arrange the viewing at short notice. He was also responsive by phone and email throughout, and helped push things along on the offer process.
The one area for improvement was the consistency of information provided — we received a couple of differing figures along the way (e.g. on service charges and lease length) before getting a final confirmed answer, and some of our specific questions took a bit of back-and-forth to fully address. Nothing that put us off, just worth double-checking details independently where it matters.
Overall a good experience with Andy and would be happy to work with him again.

The agent, Andy, gave us a good viewing around the property and communicated promptly with the documents needed to proceed with a letting offer.

We had the pleasure of meeting Owen Nelson this past weekend (25 July 2026) for a property viewing (Frimley Grove Gardens), and he made the entire experience fantastic. Toby was great showing us round the house and was very friendly and informative with all the questions we had whilst viewing. He has kept us informed throughout and never been too busy to answer our calls and queries following on from the viewing and really helped push us through with the seller to offer confirmation.

They are very professional and efficient. We are moving from Scotland to Surrey but, despite the different systems, Vickery kept us up to date with almost weekly calls and dealt effectively with all the problems.
