Chancellors - Henley on Thames Omdömen 

I suddenly found myself in need of renting a place to live. Chancellors have proven to be wonderful with regard to the level of their professionalism and support.

Katie Edmonds dealt with my viewing of a property and with the administration which followed my decision to take this property on. I'm glad that I ended up dealing with her, she was prompt to respond to my enquiries, patient with my ignorance of the rental process and has done nothing but render the whole experience easier than it might otherwise have been. Thanks very much Chancellors and thanks very much indeed to Katie.

Helpful, polite and proactive

I asked Chancellors to value my rental property. Sam came over on time and looking smart (1st impression good). He valued my flat at a sensible price. From then he was keen to win the business. He negotiated on the fees and kept in contact until he won instruction. His enthusiasm and energy was one of the reasons why I gave Chancellors his instruction.

The photo’s were good and the instruction was put on the internet quickly. I had one viewing and 1 offer which was acceptable. My flat and requirement were quite specific so I was not expecting an huge amount of viewings.

Tom in the letting central department was good at keeping me informed of the paperwork I needed and progressed the rental until they moved in.

Altogether, a good experience with Chancellors and I would recommend them.

We viewed a property on the River Thames at Hambledon Lock with Natalia, who was extremely professional and confident with her approach.

I arranged to view a park home for my mother last Saturday (18th September). We arrived first, we being myself, my mother and my partner. Whilst have a nose around we received a very warm welcome from Natalia who was going to show us around. We felt immediately as ease, especially me as this could of potentially be a new home for my mother. Natalia was very informative, professional and helpful, clearly dedicated to her job. Although my mother has now decided to rent instead we were very happy with the service Natalia provided.

Natalia Kubinska was the Chancellors estate agent conducting our viewing of a property in Peppard Common recently. She was punctual, polite, kind and warm, and she was able to answer relevant questions about the house we were viewing. She was happy to arrange a second viewing too, and I've appreciated that I didn't feel pressured by her follow-up phone calls. She has been respectful, giving us time to think while making it clear that she's around to help or answer questions.
